I used Matt's pick up and delivery option this round and it was so convenient! While the mower was being serviced, my lawn decided to grow the thickest it has grown all summer so, my mower had its work cut out for it when Matt dropped it off. I got a full tune up and carburetor clean and blade replacement from Matt. Once I turned the ignition on, I instantly felt the difference in quality that my riding mower now had compared to before it was serviced. Smoother cutting, less vibration and quicker start up. I'm truly amazed at Matt's craftsmanship and I will be taking my equipment to him as long as he's in business!

I was also having an issue with the mower blades and he fixed this issue. He has been great making sure the mower is maintained seasonally. Matt has came to my house with his mobile shop and fixed it onsite. You really can beat that when my vehicle isn't able to transport riding mower. He has also fixed my husbands ice auger that wasn't operating well. I was able to drop off the auger at his shop in person. Now it runs like its brand new. I've always found the Parts staff has been patient and helpful. Recently, I had a problem trying to get my snowblower's tubeless tire back on the rim after it slipped the bead. I've fixed it before myself, but couldn't manage it this time. Reluctantly, I headed to multiple shops in Savage who didn't want to deal with it. I stopped at MN Equipment and 10-mins later I was on my way...with a fix that was "on the house", even though it took two guys had to muscle the tire into submission and get it inflated. I recently bought a new complete deck for my John Deere X350 tractor and had it installed by the…read moreservice department. When I picked up the tractor, I noticed the quick coupler part to the deck wash out port was missing. I asked the mechanic "Tim" for a coupler. He walked over to my old deck, which I paid for with the tractor when I bought it at Minnesota Equipment in 2023, and took the coupler off and put it on my new deck. I requested a new coupler for my new deck from "Issac" in the service department. He refused and said I'd have to pay for the part if I wanted one even though it's part of the complete deck. It's like buying a new car with three wheels and then told to pay extra for the fourth wheel! Unbelievable.
