Our 2017 single axle travel trailer had a broken leaf spring. There was no way to hitch and tow it to be repaired without doing more damage; one side was touching the tire. Thankfully we found Jack. My RV had something short of a catastrophic failure due to a assembly line, procedure defect on the manufacturers side of things which was not discovered until days before a much anticipated trip where in the unit was scheduled to be used. He showed up on time told me how he was going to fix it and I approved. I can fix some things my self but at 81 years old I don't get up on the roof of the RV or ladders anymore so I was very happy with Jack as a RV tech and person and he did a awesome job and fast. I know there are a lot of companies and guys out there doing RV repairs but with Jack for me was a great find and I will use him from now on and we all know RV's need repairs and now I can take my scheduled trip. He also help me with my refrigerator and spent a lot of time trying to trouble shoot various problems with it.
