I am the relative of someone who goes there alot. I don't like the fact that you cannot talk to…read morethe doctors very easily. Also, the only times that you can visit are Tues from 7:30-8:30pm. Fri at the same time, and Sat&Sun from 1:30-2:30pm. Those are the only times-no exception. This makes it hard for my son, who works during most of those times. I also don't like the fact that the only area I am allowed to see is the dining room. This all give me a feeling of disconnectedness. The last time my relative was there, I didn't find out they had changed his medication until two weeks later. And I am the one who gives him his medication. On the positive side, though, they do have some very well trained doctors there who really know their stuff. Also, the nurses are quite friendly and helpful. Altogether, I would give them a C rating. It's not a bad place, and generally they seem to know what they're doing. They just do a bad job of keeping families informed.
