As we're trekking across the US, we have a basket installed on our tow hitch and this cannot use an automated car wash and had to seek out a self-car wash place. This place has both automated AND self-serve options. Three self serve bays, one of which is taller are available plus an automated bay. I arrived early in the morning around 7AM and used the first self-serve bay closest to the automatic bay. Read the instructions carefully before washing g to understand all of the features and maximize my time. The main reason I selected this location, In addition to being self-serve is because it accepts credit cards, which was much appreciated as I had already run out of quarters from the previous car wash and another state. What I really liked about this is unlike the other location that I washed that in another state, which you have to manually keep adding time to, THIS car wash site, once you activate your credit card, simply keeps the time running, which is great cause I didn't have to pause to run over and keep adding time. Simply press the button when you're done to stop the charges. I love that! I used pretty much every cycle type from pre-wash and high-pressure rinses to low pressure applications in car wash brush with foam. Everything worked perfectly, and all of the detergents were stocked and functioned as advertised. Zero problems, simple yet effective service. I couldn't be happier--good value. Thanks!

Where to begin? In…read moreDecember, my heater control unit in my Hyundai was broken. It's winter - - - in Michigan. It's cold. I called Bill Marsh Hyundai , had a pleasant exchange with their phone girl who assured me that in a couple of weeks the part would be in and made an appointment. So far, so good. The part went on back order and we got an appointment only much later. I arrived at the appointment with 15 minutes to spare. Upon getting there, I was told the part reverted to back order status and was not in. Mind you, they told me their truck arrives at seven in the morning. My appointment was at 11, and they called me after 930. Since it was an hour to the dealership,I had already left, unlike many people had my phone on do not disturb while I drove. They apologized profusely and offered me a used part. The heater control unit in my Hyundai has an evil reputation on the Internet for its high breakdown rate. I declined, and told them to call me when the part did come in and was physically in their possession. Fast forward to March. I've spent the entire winter freezing myself every time I needed to go out. I called the dealership, they tell me there's still no part in sight. I tell them the part has been available for months all over the Internet and question why they couldn't get one when non-dealers were able to. I am abrupt at this point. Five minutes later, the part is suddenly available and will arrive in two days. I tell them call me when it is actually there and schedule an appointment. They do, and things go off without a hitch. I'm disappointed, but decide bad things can happen every so often. I get a recall notice for my car at the beginning of April. I called them up and made an appointment for Friday afternoon at two. They tell me it will take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes for the car to be checked out. I'm fine with this, and make plans accordingly. I show up today, drop the car off, my two blue heelers in tow. We decide we'll walk the dogs while they work on the car. At 3:30, my wife happens to walk the dogs to the back of the dealership and sees our car parked out back. According to their own words, the car should be done. I'm excited. I go inside and ask about the car. They haven't even started. They tell me they only have one kit, and they're working on someone else's car. I ask how long it will be and the girl says that it takes two hours to do the test at least. Then she assures me that the car will be out at five. It's 3:30. Last time I checked that math didn't work. We took the car and walked out. The bottom line is that they're angry still because I got warranty work done on the car when the mileage was 1 mile below the warranty limit. I don't care...If you can't do your job honestly and with professionalism, you're not getting my business. I recommend avoiding this dealership. My experience with them has been extremely poor.

I recently had work done at Redmond Auto. I initially chose them because they have free loaner cars…read more(the struggle of having transportation while getting car repairs done is real!). I was completely satisfied with the work done. We figured out that the same parts were replaced a year earlier at another facility after an auto accident. I won't mention the name of that facility, but they also charged my insurance company for service they didn't do. Not to mention the suspension parts failure a year later could have ended up in a dangerous situation. John and his team had me back up and running. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I managed to get a screw stuck in my tire. Terrible time of year (Nov) to try to get a tire repair done. After calling several tire shops, who were booked out weeks, I attempted to call the service dept of the dealership where I purchased my car AND the tires. After having to call back twice and told that they couldn't get me in for a month or so (for a 10 min tire repair) I decided to give Redmonds a call. John said to bring it in right away and they would take a look at it. About 10 min after arriving I was patched up and back on the road. No charge. Moral of the story - honest work and good customer service go a long way! Redmond will get my business for any future repairs (or tire purchase!). The big fancy dealership who can't be bothered to accommodate a 10 min tire repair, not so much. They lost any future sales for a car, tires or service. Redmond Auto for the win!

Upon making an appointment over the phone with this auto-shop to install an electrified hitch on our 2015 SUV (for which this part is readily available) they asked for our credit card info in advance of bringing our vehicle in for service. We gave it to them, assuming that we would be consulted before any charges were applied to our card. We were wrong in that assumption. After talking with a car savvy friend we learned that the quote Redmond Automotive offered was entirely too high, "that's highway robbery!", our friend said, and so we called to cancel our appointment. Said appointment was over one week away from the time our cancelation. When we spoke with a representative re: our need to cancel this appointment, we were told that we would be reimbursed for all charges to our credit card. After four days passed and our card had not yet been refunded, we called again to check on the reimbursement. At that point we were told that they do not offer refunds and that the charges would stick. NOTE: Redmond Automotive charged our credit card for the FULL QUOTE for work that was NEVER done. The part had merely been ordered. NO work had been done, they didn't even have our car. Yet they charged us for the LABOR (never happened) and the part. In trying to come to terms over this egregious charge in person with the owner of Redmond Automotive , we were verbally insulted and our requests for a full refund were denied. We were left paying 3x what we know the part costs at Advanced Auto. 3 times! Gross. We ended up paying for this over-priced part, needless to say, we will never return to this business. We hope this review spares you any trouble as well.
