The technician (Henry) cracked the glass while installing the new piece (Viking Stove Top). Accidents happen, no big deal...... only it WAS a big deal ! Henry acknowledged the damage, but the company would not. Was told several times that Tracey or someone from the front office would call to address the issue. Never received a call, call back or any communication, only correspondence was through Henry. Finally, Henry told me the company offered to install the new glass top for free.... BUT...... I had would have to pay for the part ($800.00) !!! What a bunch of CRAP ! However, not wanting to litigate, I offered to settle with them but they refused any counter offer. Several months later we went to court, it was the last thing I wanted to due. When we got there, I had all my documentation and photographs (before and after). They couldn't write a check and settle fast enough. What a horrible and deplorable way to treat clients ! The mark and sign of any good, quality company is not only the job they do the day of, but the job / service you receive the day after. This Mickey Mouse company has failed miserably on both counts ! Not wanting to end on a negative note, there are good, competent, professional appliance repair services in the area. One reviewer mentioned Art Handler and my personal experience is that they are very good. It has been 6 years since we purchased the machine and just recently had an issue. Speed Queen told us they have no record of our extended warranty, The salesman we bought the machine from is gone, but the young man on the phone said there was probably a paper on it that we should have filled out. Speed Queen and Johnson's acknowledge the fact there was a super warranty for the machine in that year , however, no one has a record that we have the warranty. There is no way to find out what happened to our record. According to the salesman we are out of luck, there is nothing they can do. Had we been given material to extend a warranty you can be assured it would have been filled out, but with 6 years gone by it "oh well, nothing anyone can do". Buy an appliance from people care about their customers and who you know have your best interests at heart.

Went here to get my desktop computer repaired. It was powering on but not showing video. He…read moreclaimed that it was either the CPU or the Motherboard. Pretty much just guessing and without proper diagnosing. If I come to you as a paying customer I expect you to do your job and tell me what the EXACT issue is, not just assume its the most expensive components of the computer without doing proper troubleshooting. Typically with something like this you would start with changing out the RAM and seeing if anything changes. Both CPU and Motherboard were still under warranty so I replaced those parts and brought them to him to install. He then claimed one of my ram sticks were bad ( which I believe to be the issue all along). For whatever reason he wiped out both of my hard drives on my computer. Without even informing me. One of which had 2 tb of storage. Completely unacceptable. When I brought him the last part I stated to him that I needed windows installed. ( If he was actually legit he would have known that windows was already installed on the M2 drive). Esentially I paid $300.00 and supplied parts for something minor (bad ram). At no point was he clear or communicated the EXACT issue, cost, or anything. I explained to him even if his rate was 75hr he did not spend 4 hours to install 2 parts wipe out my drive and install windows, but he was adamant that this was $300.00 of work. I called him after getting home and hooking up the computer to ask why my hard drives were erased, he played dumb and claimed that he informed me that they would be (Also a lie) and to unplug and plug them back up. I do not find him to be honest or do good business, and I urge people to take their business elsewhere.
