The attitude of the staff in this shop is appauling, i have used the post office three times alone this week, normally just the once (which is just bareable)and not once have i had a please, thankyou or any eye contact. Infact she proceeded to process my post without asking if i wanted first or second class,whether it was valuable or was going to the UK (which is standard questions for parcels)This is my local newsagent and i know from living local long enough that people only use this shop because of the friendly manager Serj. But enough is enough, its depressing and frustating using these services, and recieving such ignorance. The lady(chubby,long hair,one of the owners)is the rudest and most ignorant women ive come across in a long time. She's always too busy on the phone or having a giggle with other staff while serving you. And the same goes for the young girl who works in the post office. Serj you need to sort this out. My £48 a week i spend on stamps alone, and then papers, tobacco and lottery will be spent elsewhere as from today. I cannot bear it anymore.Will be worth the extra 2 miles to Asda read more
