It's a newsagents/minimarket type shop which stocks a very good range of newspapers and magazines in addition to frozen and chilled food, soft drinks, alcohol, typical groceries and other household sundries from fuses to toilet cleaner and all sorts in between. Unlike many of these minimarket type shops the prices are very keen (sometimes even beating the major supermarkets) and there are often special offers on. The Nagra's always have time to have a word or two and are very friendly; a welcome part of the community, this is what a 'corner shop' should be like - it was when I was a child anyway. read more
