A very annoying acquaintance of ours that thinks she is the best thing to this earth since sliced…read morebread once said, "women get so fat here when they visit the virgin islands, I on the other hand eat and drink whatever I want and don't gain weight!" Wow, I think she needs to be admitted into "Club Reality Check" she doesn't look that great! But for those of you that are watching what you eat when you come to the land of fun and sun, Yogen Fruz is a dessert treat for you! Low Fat, Fat Free and Sugar Free frozen yogurt is the way to be! They also offer those one trillion probiotic frozen yogurt types (ok I could be exaggerating but its up there) that act like Drano to your internal pipes to keep them flowing. I loved all the fruit topping options, they are all 75 cents more each, and candied toppings are 50 cents more. I felt a little nickel and dimed, everything we asked for had a charge attached to it and we wondered if we were going to be charged for a spoon and napkin. We're used to FroYo self serve places that charge you by total weight. Some of the fruit is also semi frozen, which gives your teeth a jolt and that's why this place lost a star but this totally beats eating fatty ice-cream. Service is fast and polite, the place is very clean, has a lot of seating inside and a table outside. Parking is a make it up as the cars pile up kind of thing. We thought we were illegally parked but as we pulled out someone jumped on it like white on rice, so yes, there is a lot of parking. Be good to yourself and eat froyo! :)

We were greeted upon entry and the staff was friendly. They had tropical flavors like mango and guava which was a plus. They let the little ones sample quite a few flavors before they decided what they wanted. I definitely recommend this place.

When the cruise ships are not in port and the crowds are thin, you're easily spotted prey. Did you know that stores here hire people to "persuade" tourists and locals alike to enter the store and these people are paid for each person they get to enter? I didn't know that could be a job! The hubby and I found this place, while running away from store Nazi's that were trying to get us to enter their establishments. We ducked into a Diamonds International store on Main Street and at the back of it, we spotted a safe haven to hang out in for a few minutes! Virgin Islands Ice Cream Company is tucked away at the end of this expensive jewelry store. It was packed, and Diamonds International was not. Maybe everyone else had the same idea as us? Virgin Islands Ice Cream Company serves up some pretty good Dutch ice cream. While they only offer 16 different types of flavors, a lot of them are geared towards a more tropical palate. The most exotic flavor on the menu, is soursop. I grew up eating this fruit from neighbors trees and for those of you that know of what this tastes like, its not a flavor that you'd necessarily think to make ice cream out of. The soursop ice cream isn't sour, like the fruit is. It actually tastes more like a "sugar apple" which is a non sour version of a soursop. I only discovered sugar apples recently because its growing on our property. Highly recommend getting this flavor, the coconut, and strawberry cheesecake. It seems like they don't carry a lot of inventory on hand, we got the last dregs of soursop ice cream so our scoop was a mini one. Seating in the joint also isn't plentiful, so you're forced to go back out to the store vultures. This space is shared with another food and beverage outlet of sorts, it boggles my mind that even though they are in a terrible location, that you can't see from Main Street they still get business. There is also a 2nd entrance that you can access from an alley out back. Even though service was super friendly and fast, if I were intentionally trying to find this store I'd be a little PO'd. That combined with our mini scoop that made us feel kind of gypped, made this place lose a star. On this plus side though, you may get free ice cream, the hubby handed the cashier a $20 bill and she gave us that amount back in lower denominations. If you're wondering yes, we let her know she did that.

Great open space with absolutely gorgeous views of the water. Our server Mickal was wonderful and took our drink orders promptly. He checked in on us often to make sure we were well taken care of and our drinks were continuously being replenished (if need be) since we were a large party and not everyone was eating. One person in our party did order the guacamole and plantain chips which were very good. Solely based on specialty cocktails this review is mainly about our drink service and selections which supposedly the "must have" here and most popular is their Root Beer Float that is served with a light rum, vanilla rum, coconut cream, and St. John root beer! This is an island delight and delicious to slowly sip on while taking in the amazing scenery. This is a beautiful location where they offer breakfast, lunch & dinner. Looks like a nice array of foods and would be fantastic to revisit for that aspect another time.

Exactly what you picture when thinking of a perfect Caribbean restaurant by the water. We were greeted right away and sat at a beautiful table looking out at the ocean. Bench seating was comfortable and instantly relaxing. We did have to wait a bit for our server to come by, but it was busy and we weren't in a hurry. We decided on a painkiller and beer. We were hungry after being on the beach all morning and decided on the Cobb, fish sandwich, and wings. The food was delicious!! The salad was exactly what I wanted and the wings were spicy and super flavorful. Prices were pricey- but it was such a beautiful place and the food was amazing that it was totally worth it and I would definitely visit again.
