My Husband and i bought what we thought would be our forever home home in Scottsdale during the…read morepandemic where we lived until we had to move back to Seattle. We planned to keep the home as a rental until we moved back upon retiring. Unfortunately, after having a horrible experience with our renters and property manager, we decided to sell our home rather than risk more drama as a landlord. I say all this to set up the fact that it was a very stressful and emotional time and that having Patrick as our realtor was seriously a blessing. After seeing Bailey Brothers "sold" signs in front of many high-quality homes in our neighborhood over the years, (which sold at top price - what that they were worth), i reached out to America One. From the moment i met Patrick it was obvious that he was professional, intelligent, kind, honest and incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. He proved to be all of that and more. No matter the circumstances, selling a home always comes with some anxiety and Patrick's very calm and steadfast nature made selling our home nothing less than a positive and stress-free experience. He recommended Attractive Interiors as our staging company who did a wonderful job and he hired an incredible photographer and videographer who really captured the essence of the property. He went the extra mile and requested sunset photos which added more dimension to the listing. We received a strong offer within 24-hours after the MLS went live. Patrick was again very smart in still holding the planned open houses and was able to secure multiple back up offers. Three weeks later, our house is now officially owned by a Family who seems like they will love it as much as we did. I would highly recommend working with Patrick to sell or buy your home. You won't find a more professional, kind and knowledgeable realtor!

BEST REALTORS IN THE AREA... HANDS DOWN! I was relocated with my job to the Scottsdale, AZ area and…read morehave worked with Ryan Bailey for around 6 weeks now to find the perfect new home for my family. Moving across the country is stressful enough, but Ryan and his team made our search and purchasing process stress free and seamless. Throughout the entire process, Ryan was available to answer questions, provide feedback, and help us in our search. Being new to the area, he took time to drive my husband and I around (separately) to find the perfect neighborhood and go to multiple showings any day and time we requested. Ryan is extremely professional, detail oriented, and very communicative in explaining everything during the process. We had specific wants/needs and honestly, we found a home that is PERFECT for us. Our realtor back in Illinois was a disappointment to us and Ryan even helped us with understanding our selling process because our realtor there was not helpful. Most people don't buy and sell homes everyday and as I said before, it's stressful enough to move let alone worry about the selling/buying process on top of all of that. Ryan and his team understand their client's needs and provide incomparable customer service. When we closed and Ryan gave us the keys to our new home, Bailey Bro's Realty had put together a beautiful gift basket with extremely thoughtful goodies that was left for us in our new home. We are SO happy in our new home and HIGHLY recommend Ryan and Bailey Bro's Realty. Trust me, you will not be disappointed unless you decide to go with a different realtor!

He was always quick to return calls and texts, kept us updated consistently, and never left us wondering what was happening. In a transaction where timing and communication matter, that made a huge difference. We also really appreciated his negotiation skills. When a few buyer-related issues came up (as they often do), James handled them confidently and professionally. He advocated for us, worked through the sticking points, and kept the deal together without unnecessary stress. You could tell he had done this many times before and knew exactly how to approach each situation. If you want a realtor who communicates clearly, responds quickly, and can negotiate effectively when it counts, James is your guy. Highly recommend.

Then, when prospective buyers came around, she helped us navigate difficult lowball offers with informed recommendations and suggestions. Second - Heather was always so professional and warm in our interactions - you know you're clearly in good hands with her team simply by the way she handles all the details of the interaction with buyers and agents. We locked down the final offer within 2 months of being on the market for what we feel was a very fair price. It's hard to see how she and her team could have done anything better.
