They were refusing to clean my granddaughter and grandson's teeth without Xrays done first. So we spoke to the manager after i was told to leave and reschedule the appointment after i drove an hour and a half to get there. I did my very best to calm my son. I was there, holding his hand and encouraging him the entire time. Instead of offering comfort to a crying child, Mysinger became impatient, scolding my son and suggesting I should spank him. When the doctor saw my shock, he told me, "Your child needs discipline." This despicable attempt to dictate my parenting choices crossed a line that should never be crossed by a healthcare professional. I ended the appointment abruptly, despite Mysinger insisting on completing the procedure--another display of a shocking lack of empathy. The experience was traumatic for both me and my son. It's abundantly clear that Dr. Mysinger prioritizes his ego over the well-being of his young patients, and his behavior has no place in pediatric dentistry. I won't be returning, and I urge others to seek compassionate care elsewhere.
