Both Dr. Birch and Dr. Coulter were phenomenal at educating me and setting a plan for all this work I needed done. Getting in the door was easy and I say that as someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist. They walked me through x-rays and got me started. After each appointment, they take the time to show me pictures of my MOUTH (super cool, I've never had a dentist do this) and keep me up-to-date on anything that needs to be on my radar. They enjoy educating patients on their dental health and I deeply appreciate it because 9/10 times I feel completely in the dark about what's "under the hood" so to speak. My trust for this practice gets better every time I go and I've had nothing but good experiences here. It's now been.... Two years give or take?
