Very comfortable waiting area . Great for the kids , they have an area dedicated just for entertaining them ! I came in because I had a bit of a headache and thought I needed my ears cleaned and turns out I had an ear infection. Very fast service , dr explained what was going on inside my ears and gave me medication and good tips how to apply . Dr . Dugal and Staff are super nice , definitely coming back ! Pharmacy couldn't get the office to respond to them. I struggled to get a response. Nurse was rude. Office was rude when I tried to make an appointment earlier since I couldn't get an answer. When I mentioned it to my rheumatologist who referred me to them originally, they said, yes, we stopped referring patients to them because all we got was complaints. I don't know what is going on, but messing around with people's health and medications and not responding is the reason I left after being here for years. Doctors were nice. Office is not.

I felt like a human being with dignity when dealing with them, as opposed to feeling like I am caught in the cogs of a machine that doesn't care about me as a human being. They actually helped me resolve some obstacles to getting my Rx. She did use her computer, but maintained good eye contact with me, listened to my comments, and stayed engaged with me. My last adjustment was in September and I had some neck pain for a few weeks that I couldn't ignore any longer. Dr. Wiese is excellent at what he does. I came in and was so stiff and more sore than I even knew. He put heat on my back with stim treatment first and I had a great adjustment and feel great! My husband set his appointment for next week. I selected this practice based on local neighborhood reviews. My search criteria was... East Cobb location (close to home and school) AND reasonable pricing. From my research, Soriano is priced lower, than the current national average for out of pocket spend. Note, this is based on having insurance. They base the cost on an 18 - 24 month treatment plan, and after a reasonable initial payment, the remaining costs are spread over that timeframe. I won't go into detail about costs since it can vary based on your insurance provider. Dr. Soriano and staff are friendly and professional. They have their system down-pat. It's a clean and comfortable practice, it's not flashy nor loaded with bells and whistles. I have never been "up-charged" for anything. The location always has parking and it's easy to get in and out of off of Canton Rd.
