Sense Financial is and has been 100% responsive the 6 years I've been a customer, and they are dedicated to helping their customers manage their 401k effectively and in compliance. If Dmitriy thinks you're going to act in a way you could be non-compliant with the IRS rules, he will tell you. If you push it, he will make it clear to you that the IRA is not to be toyed with. He is the person you need to navigate these rules. I have seen companies with excellent customer service. Sense Financial, however, has the Single. Best. And Consistently Best Customer service I have experienced. His support team as well have Always Been on point. The wealth of knowledge on the client portal is copious, well organized, and detailed, but written and organized in a way that's easy to follow. I will not trust this part of my portfolio with any other company, or guidance in my 401k from anyone but Dmitriy.

I was shocked to see the negative reviews as I had a great experience and Tom helped me (starting around 2013/14) to help me rebuild my credit after several negative credit issues. I started in the low 600's and with Toms help (that must be followed to achieve the results), my score ended up in the 700's. That was critical in my then situation as we were house shopping. It took a lot of discipline and budgeting, but with Excellent Credit Score's help, I increased my credit score enough to be able to make that home purchase. Fast forward to 2023 where houses are pretty much unaffordable, Excellent Credit Score was a huge help in helping us establish good credit and create stability in this very unstable market. No updates are given, Tom Fahrny is always busy and when you finally get a reply from him it is a text misspelled and bad grammar. I am a current client and am very unhappy with the level of customer service that I have had. When I text Tom for an update he replies with "who is this" "what is your name" he has done that multiple times. When I complain he asks me for my login info to my credit review showing me he has no idea what he's doing and has very little focus on organization and customer care. Tom threatened me to pay a $250 cancellation fee because I was unhappy with the level of service. I told Tom that I have not been getting any updates and that I can't be left in the dark anymore, Tom replied with he has over 1000 clients as if to say that because of his workload I should not request what a paying customer deserves. I have been a client since October 2016, it is now January 18th and after complaining to Tom one last time and saying I want to cancel service I now get a welcome email from his office. After 4 months, Tom is incompetent. Tom asked for copies of my id, social security card, and signatures after 4 months of charging me, he has not started on my credit repair, he is a thief!! Do not waist your money, Tom Fahrny is a joke.
