Sticky floor, $17 for chicken sandwich combo. 7 minutes order to eating. Staff friendly. Bathroom clean.

Don't go here if you want your order correct or friendly service. The drive thru always takes at least ten minutes. Not worth it.

Simply awful. The place was deserted , no one there at all on a pleasant late Sunday morning, and I still waited ten minutes before my order was taken in the drive-thru. So, I finally got to order a southwest chicken salad. Then, when I drove up to the pickup window, a woman who I swear looked like a meth addict informed me, "oh we don't have that salad. We do have salads with iceberg lettuce". WTH? I don't think she knows what a salad is. And I wasn't about to order anything else there. A lot of JIB's have closed in Pierce County, this one needs to be on the chopping block. read more

Tacos were lukewarm and I was never asked about sauces for my chicken strips!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Service is always shitty. Ambiance is always shitty as well. Workers act like they have the worse job ever. Please shut this location down or get better management. read more

Just left this location was told that they were not doing tacos because the fryers were down for cleaning first of all Half your menu is fried food and your fryers are down?!?!?!? Wtaf!!! 1 star for food 1 star for service 1 star for ambiance will NEVER come back here. read more

Food was okay Service was like zero she was beyond rude Zero customer service at the speaker she sounded like she didn't wanna take the order like she was mad she had to work and even at the window she sounded like a rude person. For the money we spent and as well as others spend going to jack in the box you assume you're gonna get proper service nope ‍ she doesn't know nothing at all about service the receipt has her name as Larissa she had short hair wavy curly with glasses on. Jack in the box you are slacking find better and nicer workers that actually wanna move and not be as lazy and angry as she sounded read more

Hours of operations. Hours posted on maps indicated open 24hrs. We arrived to place an order and the paper sign reads "sorry we closed". Disappointing as I'm visiting out of town. read more

Did an online order and made me wait 30mins when i got there after getting the notification that it was ready. Ridiculous. Should probably hire new night shift staff. read more

Went at 10pm on Friday and they were closed. Two people in the parking lot, but no one inside to take the order.

So. My fiancé ordered via doordash. He wanted a buttery jack, extra bacon, extra butter sauce. They sent a bacon ultimate cheese burger. Gross. So, he reported they sent the wrong sandwich. The app refunded his money for the meal they messed up. He re ordered just the stupid buttery jack. The smart ass employees at this location decided to write a message on the bag. "Was it good?" Like, excuse me, but take some responsibility for your shitty service. That man NEVER reports mistakes from a restaurant, except when he is actually disappointed. He doesn't report anything for the joy of getting free food. I am so pissed. I work in the industry and nobody should EVER treat a guest that way. EVER. Y'all need to have a little pow wow and fire this person. You'll never get our business again. And I'm gonna post about this everywhere read more

This location was the second one we visited in the area, and they were closed a whole 30min before their scheduled hour. We walked in and was told rudely that they are closed. When we mentioned that the hours online and on their door clearly state they're open, we were again rudely told they were closed. Not sure if the employees were having a bad night or what but it seems like good help is hard to find these days for Jack. read more

This is the best jack in the box in all of Washington state never lets me down food is Always fresh as can be every time

If there was a way to put zero stars, I would hell they should be a negative star option I've gone here and ordered and every time the employee at the window, or taking my order, had an attitude. It's not my fault you don't like your job, so how about y'all Just check that sh*t at the door, do your job and move on. Nobody wants to hear y'all complain about having to make food, if you didn't want to make food for people don't apply for that job, is that simple. my most recent visit was today and this lady lied about how many mozzarella sticks they were able to make she told me they can only make 3 orders. I needed five because I have two kids at home so I left for about five minutes or so went to AutoZone and came back and ordered two more now all of a sudden you guys have more mozzarella sticks to make just pure laziness at its finest. read more

if you're on a diet this is the place to come to they make you wait 20 minutes just to order them another 20 to get your food then when the food comes out it smells so disgusting you won't be hungry any more no bites taken. read more

Popcorn chicken was amazing. But their fries omg .. taste like they dropped a whole bag of salt in it. It was SO salty we could barely eat it. It's like can I have some fries with this salt?! Urgh. But again .. popcorn chicken AMAZING. And if the fries didnt have so much salt it would have been a 5 star for me. read more

me and 3 of my friends came through the drive through the female at the window was very disrespectful and messed up all of our orders. Very very slow service. Been here a couple times and every time I wait for more than 15 minutes. Nothing "fast food" about this place. Very rude staff. Not one thank you or anything from them. The guy that gave me my food had his hands in his pocket then touched my food and put it in the bag. You're eating here at your own risk. The manager was the only one that had manners. read more

Mini Churros will change your life..... This location is my "go to" Jack. It is fairly new, and I really like the decor. I call this one "Stylish Jack". The food orders have always been correct here --unlike the one in Dupont.-- People working in here are very nice. One small complaint is we went in here one afternoon shortly after they opened and the ketchup dispensers were empty, so I asked the girl working if I could get some ketchup and she acted like I had asked her to borrow $50 out of her own pocket. Everyone has an off day, and I have not had anything but nice service otherwise, read more

Better quality then the other fast food joints on this road. Great go to place for breakfast and lunch. Always go for the jalepeno poppers. Breakfast I recommend the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Hash browns that come with are a little on the greasy side. As far as lunch goes, anything you get, you won't be disappointed with. All in all it's a great place to get some food fast that's a cut above the rest of the fast food there. read more

Good, hot, fresh, and fast enough. I ordered the Jumbo Jack cheeseburger w/Bacon minus the onions. They added onions but the sandwich was still good. I had the regular fries which were delicious. Seasoned just right n hot. I also used the BOGO deal and got an extra burger. The young lady was determined to provide great customer service. I commend her for her dedication to duty. Lastly, the place is clean n quiet. They will see me again. read more

The worker who was doing drive thru had an absolutely outstanding personality, was super professional and did her job with a smile on her face. I couldn't see her name very well. All my husband and i did was order 2 milkshakes and she did it with the best attitude. It was 1 in the morning on a Sunday. Thank you for being so wonderful!! read more

Service sucks and workers are slow even when I'm the only one in the drive thru. There is no reason why I should wait 10 minutes for my food when I'm the only one in the drive thru. The workers always forget items that I order almost every time i go there. I wouldn't recommend going here and id go to one of the many other fast food restaurants around. read more

Cleaning the grill WAY before closing time because they didn't want to take any more orders. Rude, slow, very unprofessional.

I can honestly say that I have never liked Jack in the box before. But I'm on a road trip with my wife and we stopped at the bathroom. We wanted cutlet fries so we got some. Not only are they delishous, but my wife ordered while I was in the bathroom. She didn't have any money, and asked if she could pay when I got out of the bathroom. Well, the manager decided to just let us have the fries. Such nice people! Honestly, that really changed my opinion of Jack in the box. I think that woman deserves a promotion read more

Worst food ever! There today at 2pm. New Prime cheesesteak is terrible. 4 inch bread and nothing much inside. Dry over cooked meat. Soggy rings! Wish I had taken a pic. read more

So my husband and I were excited when this place opened so close to our home, but were quickly lead to disappointment. Over a half a dozen times in about two months, this place was closed when we pulled up to the drive thru, but could clearly see a crowed of teens / young adults hanging around. The staff is often rude, slow and distracted while they are helping you. More often than not, if they are even open, you will wait 15, 20 min for your food. Then last night happened.. We ordered in the drive thru and got to the window. The guy behind the counter had his pants so low, his entire underwear was visible. Not only that but, sorry to sound gross, his underwear were also tucked very deeply into the crack of his behind. He moved around behind the counter, leaning and brushing his underwear against coffee cups, prep areas and other places that food makes contact with. Not only is this disgusting and unsanitary, but unprofessional. I could care less what you wear when you are not at work, but please have the decency to pull your pants up, and for God sake, please don't rub your underwear on items that will come in contact with peoples mouths!! I am still debating contacting a manager, but I am not sure what good it will do. I am also considering contacting the health department. read more

Unbelievable!! The woman working there was EXTREMELY rude and when I got home and opened my burger, THE PATTY WAS NOT THERE!!!!! Seriously!?!? I can understand forgetting the sauce or pickles or something, but the BURGER itself?!? Definitely calling corporate. read more

This is the WORST Jack In The Box Ever... It seems to never fail, no matter how many chances I give them to be better, they always disappoint. Today was my last day going, and I will now encourage military friends and associates to go elsewhere also. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I go I have to ask for fresh food and even then the food still is somehow not fresh, today I circled back and asked for fresh food once again (in a nice manner as usual) and was totally disrespected by none other than the manager himself. It's really sad that my husband( service member) and I have to drive over 20 minutes away to another Jack In The Box location in order to get quality food and super customer service, when this one is less than 5 minutes away. Please save yourself the time and the money... Go somewhere else! read more

Having just moved back from a long hiatus out of country, I wanted to try the munchie box. Came here and it was busy. Understandable. We were told to park and he would bring us our food. He came out with 3 bags and 4 root beers, because he didn't ask us what we wanted to drink.......no more munchie box, just bags. He said everything was in there. We came home, found that we were only given 3 burgers, not 4. Also, they were extremely dry and looked terrible. Tasted exactly like it looked. We also don't drink root beer so those went to the sink and our garbage got the rest of the food. It may have been an off night but I'm reluctant to ever go back. read more

I literally just left this jack in the box and the only reason why I am writing a good review is because of the manager. It took too long for our food but man was she on it. I didn't see her name but she was running the whole restaurant and owned it well. Kudos to her for keeping her employees in check. read more

Whoever made my #6 Ultimate Cheeseburger is on fire!! I wasn't even hungry when I went thru the drive thru. My appetite was "I can eat" status and I knew I couldn't eat later on. By fire I mean picture perfect ultimate cheeseburger deliciousness (everyone knows that fast food actual products never looks like the picture). I was instantly hungry the moment I bit into the ultimate cheeseburger. Promote and/or give a raise to whoever made my ultimate cheeseburger around 1600 hrs. The attention to detail and taste was hands down, straight up fire! Thank you and thank you Jessica for handing me such deliciousness! read more

Service was awful. You would think it being called fast food it would actually be fast. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, while they served people in the drive thru and people that had ordered after us first. Went Thursday AM on the way to he airport, about 0500... Obviously no one in line, so shouldn't take long for food. But we were wait for at least 15 min. Extremely disgusted and never coming back to this location. read more

Pretty good for only one guy working at 2 AM. Props to him. I wish liquor stores were open...

Have never had a "good" experience here. My wife and I mostly eat at night, after dinner rush times. Usually the employees are not playing around, like they were all alone, not like there are customers present. Everytiume for food has problems. We keep trying back every month or so to see if thiangs hav e changed, but they haven't. Have used the online complaint line, but they want a specific date and time. EVERY TIME THE GENERAL MANAGER IS NOT PRESENT!! Sourdough is untoasted, buttery burgers are dry and tasteless, fries are old, and lobby counter areas are dirty adand unstocked (like ketchup), and garbages are overflowing. Doesn't JIB do secret shoppers anymore? If not you should, and start with thisa dump, after nightfall! read more
