Don't go here if you want your order correct or friendly service. The drive thru always takes at least ten minutes. Not worth it.

Simply awful. The place was deserted , no one there at all on a pleasant late Sunday morning, and I still waited ten minutes before my order was taken in the drive-thru. So, I finally got to order a southwest chicken salad. Then, when I drove up to the pickup window, a woman who I swear looked like a meth addict informed me, "oh we don't have that salad. We do have salads with iceberg lettuce". WTH? I don't think she knows what a salad is. And I wasn't about to order anything else there. This location was the second one we visited in the area, and they were closed a whole 30min before their scheduled hour. We walked in and was told rudely that they are closed. When we mentioned that the hours online and on their door clearly state they're open, we were again rudely told they were closed. Good, hot, fresh, and fast enough. I ordered the Jumbo Jack cheeseburger w/Bacon minus the onions. They added onions but the sandwich was still good. I had the regular fries which were delicious. Seasoned just right n hot. I also used the BOGO deal and got an extra burger. The young lady was determined to provide great customer service. I commend her for her dedication to duty. Mini Churros will change your life..... This location is my "go to" Jack. It is fairly new, and I really like the decor. I call this one "Stylish Jack". The food orders have always been correct here --unlike the one in Dupont.-- People working in here are very nice. Better quality then the other fast food joints on this road. Great go to place for breakfast and lunch. Always go for the jalepeno poppers. Breakfast I recommend the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Having just moved back from a long hiatus out of country, I wanted to try the munchie box. Came here and it was busy. Understandable. We were told to park and he would bring us our food. He came out with 3 bags and 4 root beers, because he didn't ask us what we wanted to drink.......no more munchie box, just bags. He said everything was in there. So my husband and I were excited when this place opened so close to our home, but were quickly lead to disappointment. Over a half a dozen times in about two months, this place was closed when we pulled up to the drive thru, but could clearly see a crowed of teens / young adults hanging around. The staff is often rude, slow and distracted while they are helping you. More often than not, if they are even open, you will wait 15, 20 min for your food. Then last night happened.. We ordered in the drive thru and got to the window. The guy behind the counter had his pants so low, his entire underwear was visible. Not only that but, sorry to sound gross, his underwear were also tucked very deeply into the crack of his behind. He moved around behind the counter, leaning and brushing his underwear against coffee cups, prep areas and other places that food makes contact with. Not only is this disgusting and unsanitary, but unprofessional. I could care less what you wear when you are not at work, but please have the decency to pull your pants up, and for God sake, please don't rub your underwear on items that will come in contact with peoples mouths!! Have never had a "good" experience here. My wife and I mostly eat at night, after dinner rush times. Usually the employees are not playing around, like they were all alone, not like there are customers present. Everytiume for food has problems. We keep trying back every month or so to see if thiangs hav e changed, but they haven't. Have used the online complaint line, but they want a specific date and time. EVERY TIME THE GENERAL MANAGER IS NOT PRESENT!! Sourdough is untoasted, buttery burgers are dry and tasteless, fries are old, and lobby counter areas are dirty adand unstocked (like ketchup), and garbages are overflowing.
