Never been to a fast food restaurant where my order gets out in 30 minutes on average. Drive elsewhere.

Whoa this place is awful now. A 30 minute wait is routine. I feel hypocritical as i decided to make this post after about 20 mins now that im at the drive-thru. Last time the guy was too dim to notice i gave him a coupon. 1. Stop hiring kids with no work ethic 2. Always have an active manager on duty to assist in refunds when these kids can't read a coupon you hand them before waiting 20 mins for a failed refund attempt and cold food. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The food took 20 mins to be made, the manager was absolutely awful towards the one employee who was doing his best. He was forced to clock out (possibly fired) when he made a mistake. Absolutely will not be eating here again. I was going to dine in but I couldn't even stand to be around that horrible woman. Food very greasy dripping also the bag was dripping I talked to the lady at the window also shift lead and store manager they didn't want to replace them prior to that order they forgot my hashbrowns and my burritos 2 of them ice Cold they said they would write my name on the board so I went in today the manager won't replace or help very very rude. I'm not sure of the managers name that was working day shift at 1:44pm on 11-14-25 but she is a African American woman ,very slim and has a terrible attitude. She was extremely rude to me and my husband and her staff as well. Not to mention our food was very skimp and not cooked. Never again will I eat at this restaurant. read more

horrible customer service always take forever in the drive thru even for small items. forgets things like sauce, utensils, napkins, and many times drinks. food is always made sloppy. no one greets you when entering the restaurant or standing at the front waiting to or for an order, you will be walked by and over looked by multiple people before being helped. staff is overly rude and unkind from beginning of every interaction definitely my last time coming here. seems to me after reading these reviews this store needs to deal with the shift lead that is being described in most of the responses because she fits the description of who i spoke with today. read more

I stopped by here for a quick breakfast on the way to Maris Farm. Avoid this location and go to McDonalds nearby. Drive through only had 3 cars and I was in line for 15min. It's filthy outside and inside the store. The boba in the Iced boba coffee was stale and they forgot my sister's drink. I had to drive back and have my sister get her drink. Staff was not nice and the store was dirty that I'm glad we did not dine in. There were other customers with missing orders. read more

I have tried to go the jack in the box here in Tacoma at 5517 Pacific Ave 5 times in the last 3 months and 4 out 5 times I am told they are out of what I want to order even if I change the order after 2 or 3 changes to the order I am then told they are only accepting Uber eats orders the 1 time out the 5 times they wanted my ID for me to use my debit card for order of about $16.00 its getting close to time that I just quite trying to go there for any food now read more

Damn if I'm beginning to like this place. They've been on a winning streak..the food has been very good my last 3-4 visits. They are a little slow in the drive-up ( I never use the lobby of fast food places) and they usually only take cards because it's in a high crime area (robberies), but regardless the food is good enough to put up with any inconvenience. ( Now I've probably jinxed it). It's a good enough place to satisfy your fast-food cravings. PS the tacos that they serve two for $1.99? Love those things! Yesterday, I waited for over 20 minutes in the line for drive-thru, after which I gave up and parked the car to order inside the restaurant instead. Only one person working both the drive-thru window and inside counter. With a witch of a boss barking like a rabid dog at her fellow employees. If my blood sugar level wasn't so low, I would have left the place. But I didn't have that option. I used a coupon for my order, which nobody seemed to know how to enter it into the cash register, except the witch boss. I asked if I could have extra pickles on my sandwich, only for the witch boss yelling from the back of the grill area, that I was not allowed any extra pickles on my sandwich, because I used a coupon. And that that was Jack-in-the-Box's policy. Like the corporation is going to go bankrupt by giving me 2 or 3 pickle slices. I waited an additiinal 30 minutes to get my food, which was thrown together and barely edibile. So, I spent a little over an hour to get "fast food". Next time, I'd rather die than ever go to this restaurant. When you have diabetis, you need something quick and fast, not waiting for over an hour for disgusting, barely edible food. I come here after late night shifts when I'm too tired to cook or there's not much open after midnight. I've been to this location a few times and have passed by it plenty. Club Jack is always popping. There's always a line for the drive through, but steadily moves. The exterior isn't so pleasing to the eye. It could use some remodeling, a nice scrub, and new paint for sure. The area is well lit at night too. Service there is about average. Only once did they forget my tacos that i ordered. Luckily the drive thru line died down and i circled back to get them hehe. Nothing too spectacular for fast food. You'll expect the service provided, the prices you pay, and the food will hit the spot when you're hungry! read more

One of the bathrooms look like something out of a rob zombie horror film. It was full of spiders. No toilet paper. Looked like someone peed all over. I came to get breakfast on the 4th of July. Ordered a burrito with no meat and the put meat in it. Drove back through the drive through and they made me a second one. Looked at it and it still had meat on it. The made a third one and when I look at it the sauce and cheese sauce was all over the out side of it. The lady said that she was just going to give me my money back for just the burrito and that I need to leave. I ask so I'm not going to get my burrito? This location sucks, I was in the drive thru and was ready to order but the lady must have been deaf of something because she could not hear. I had to repeat myself like 6-8 times. She couldn't even hear what I was ordering and kept getting it wrong. I was going to wait and tell her my order at window with all the information being wrong and she said that I could not change it bc it was already done‍. When I said I would like to remove the items the lady gave me an attitude like wtf all I asked was for you to remove the item mind you I was respectful and calm the whole time. There isn't a Jack-in-the-Box Locally in Salt Lake Utah so anytime we are in St. George or out of state we always go to Jack-in-the-Box. We love the tacos. This location has great tacos and the ultimate cheeseburger never disappoints. Or absolute favorite is the curly fries and the Oreo shakes. read more

I wish I could post a minus star...this is for location 10656 Pacific Ave Tacoma, Wa. 10/10/22 1. Women's bathroom was filthy. Only 1/2 used roll of toilet paper ava. 2. Windows and entrance doors were covered in dirt and fingerprints. 3. Push door bar broken or missing. 4. Pop Machine out of order. 5. No Onion Rings 6. No sour cream 7. I've been through this Jack in a box multiple times around 2am, different days of the week , etc. Every single time i pull through the drive through, they either put a cone blocking the drive thru, or they say, sorry, we're updating our systems, or, we're all on our lunch break. I've talked with other Tacoma residents, and they too have had the same experiences. There aren't many options for late night food, and Jack in the box is losing serious money because of their terrible employees who are doing drugs and hanging out with their friends instead of doing their job.
