Probably the best Jack in the Box Ive been to. Clean and the staff has always been friendly. Haven't had a messed up order yet. Its Jack in the Box. You either like the food or not, but this ones been better quality than the other Jib's. Con: The kids do need to practice better handling when using gloves during the Covid crisis. Stop texting on phones and stop handling money and food with the same gloves on. Almost took a star off for that one but management cannot be there to watch 24/7, no matter what store it is. read more

Location: 37723 N Gantzel Rd, San Tan Valley, AZ 85140 Date/Time: Dec 30, 2025 @ 12:00 AM Just got off a late-night shift and hadn't eaten since clocking in, so I stopped here hoping for a quick meal. I ordered a #13 homestyle chicken sandwich, and the chicken was uncooked and barely unfrozen. The first bite was absolutely disgusting. Serving raw or partially frozen chicken is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety & health hazard. This isn't just poor quality...this could genuinely make someone sick. read more

I should have never ordered here on Christmas day. At around 10AM I ordered the Mozzarella Sticks. Already sold out. I then ordered a Buttery Jack. And 6 Jr Cheeseburgers plain. After 30+ minutes in the drive through (about 3 to 4 minutes per car), I finally drove off with my food. I reached into the bag to grab my Buttery Jack, which is much larger than than the cheeseburgers. i was unable to find it! I pulled over and parked. Took everything out of the bag. All the items were the same size! I unwrapped each one. 6 cheeseburgers were how I specified. There was a seventh. Without cheese or bacon but with ketchup & pickle. How did someone manage to screw my order up so bad? The restaurant was packed. So I decided it was not worth wasting any more of my day to go inside an complain. I just won't ever come back here. No matter what day it is. read more

I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and waited 15 minutes for it, when I got it it was cold, I was going to go back in to complain but by the time I left there was 5 people standing in line and I had to get to work read more

This place sucks literally always gets orders wrong and when they get confronted they get defensive.I literally spent 34 dollars for a number 6 and a19 only for it to be completely wrong and I also ordered a 7 piece of the stuffed jalapeños and only had 5 in the box.worst location ever they just need to close down if they can't do the job right read more

Having to repeat my order literally FOUR TIMES at the drive thru microphone is frustrating beyond belief. It's as if they've never heard of someone saying something like "No sauce on my burger". Corporate SERIOUSLY needs to pay attention and make changes at this location. read more

Worst customer service. Do not go late at night. Everyone working there seems like they hate their lives and take it out on you

This is the worst restaurant. The food was horrible and the service was even worse. The food was cooked in dirty oil. They expected me to feed my kid these Burnt nuggets that were cooked in dirty oil. When we addressed this with the manager, she completely disregarded our request for refund. Never will we eat at any Jack in the Box again. read more

I'm not sure how much credence can be placed on reviews for fast food places, since the experience can change daily. Here's my latest at this one. Drive thru at lunch time, place almost deserted. Ordered kids chicken strips and two tacos. They raised the price for the tacos. Was 2 for a buck forever, now about $1 each. I had the kids chicken before and it was pretty good, this time pretty bad. I wouldn't serve it to a kid I liked! Chicken strips small, non uniform, dry and tasteless. Fries a disgrace. I think they scraped the crappy remnants out of the fry bin. I don't believe any caring Mother would knowingly serve this junk to anyone. It just doesn't have to be this way! read more

The first time my husband and I came here there was a mistake on our order. We just brushed it off because we all make mistakes but every single time we've gone we've had an error with our order (pickles when asked for no pickles, etc.) The food is great but the mistakes and long wait times have made it so we no longer want to order from this specific jack. read more

Keep in mind it's fast food; but it's five star fast food. It is indeed fast, and they haven't messed up my orders yet. Their burgers are several steps up from McDonalds in terms of taste and quality and their Curley fries are good. It's easy to get into and leave if you are going north, but not so much if you have to cross traffic to go south. read more

Again absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. I get the please call our hotline but sorry I have a real job and work throughout the day so I can't take the time to call and complain about McDonald's 2.0 over here. So here is the pic to prove to I am a customer visiting this sorry ass store. I have to stop coming here. Fast food is no longer fast. read more

Last week I ordered delivery from Jack in the Box. My order was for a Smasburger and two orders of two for 99 cent tacos. The food arrived and it was not my order. In the bag were only one two for 99 cent tacos and two Cluck sandwiches. I emailed Jack in the Box corporation and filed a complaint. Within a couple of days, I received a full refund. However the night I received my wrong order I went hungry. I did not like the Cluck Sandwiches and couldn't eat them. read more

Literally the worst. Go to another location if you're craving jack. They won't get your order right and it takes forever

Every time we come to this location we are asked to drive to the front and wait after waiting at the window for 10 minutes already. This time we order 10 nuggets and two tacos, yet again we are here waiting. This is insane. I'm not even ordering a lot and I'm forced to wait more than I should. Now I am even more hungry and even more pissed off. Your a fast food establishment without being fast read more

I just went through the drive-thru about 11:15 this morning. To get two jumbo jacks with cheese and I got two jumbo jacks with cheese but I don't have any meat or a burger on either one. And I've been trying to call and call and call and call but the line is busy. I can't drive right now because of some side effects of chemotherapy so I tried calling the general office for Jack in the box and of course they don't answer either. I have really enjoyed their burgers especially the jumbo jacks and that's why I went there to get them cuz I enjoy them on the off times that anything tastes good for me to eat. However, due to this and not being able to contact them I think I'm done with the restaurant and I will let all of my friends and family know read more

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. Not only did they completely mess up my order, but they had the nerve to laugh when I came in to confront them about their mistake. Also, the kitchen looked extremely dirty with food and trash all over the floor read more

I came to get a coffee for my dad and decided to get some breakfast jacks too. I was pleasantly surprised with the fast and prompt service I received. I went through the drive thru and it was fast. It was exactly what I expect to get when I go through a drive thru. I was glad to be in and out. Plus, the food was good and the coffee strong. No complaints from the old man! That is an A+ is my book. Will definitely want to go back to try some of those seasonal delights. read more

I've always had a great experience at JITB and been to this one but not pleased anymore. Cleanest fast food place I've seen in a while, by far. Great customer service from Josh and Becky!

So I went to this location for the first time needless to say it was the worst experience I've ever had. The food was so bad the dog would not eat it. I put in a complaint with the company and it took a while hot a reply from there corporate office asking if the district manager contacted me I replied back saying no that they were the first email I received from the company. That had been 2-3 weeks since I made my complaint so I then received a email from the district manager Kathrin Jackson saying she was sorry she missed the mark on 12/29/2022 saying to please email my address to them so they could make it right I emailed them back the same day still have heard or seen nothing from them. Again I guess they missed the mark! I then emailed her again 3 days ago telling her to please call me still no response. The mark was missed a 3rd time. I wouldn't bother contacting Freddie's if you have a problem them. They don't seem to care at least this general manager Kathrin Jackson doesn't. read more
