Took my money for an online order and the restaurant was closed despite being "open" Always missing food in order. This place sucks. read more

Tried to place an order through Door Dash at 10:00pm. The location says it's open until 11:00 pm but it said it was closed in Door Dash. They weren't closed when I started the order. Closing an hour early is ridiculous. read more

Hamburger was burnet and tasted bad. Saw employee picked his nose, looked at what he pulled out and threw it away. last time I ever go here.

Really rude, takes forever and their food is greasy as hell. Will never be coming here again very disappointed. For a fast food restaurant it shouldn't take over an hour for Yall to take my order especially if they are 24 hours read more

I am so disappointed, This is quite literally the worst and most inefficient Jack-in-the-Box I've ever been to. Theres so much wrong in such a small store. The boss was yelling at employees, and threatened to send someone home for doing something wrong. How are people supposed to learn from their mistakes and improve in this kind of environment. Their staff is very clearly overworked, meanwhile their toddler of a boss is yelling at them for how incompetent they are. I don't believe this lady is well suited to be a higher up in their company, If anyone has earned their fast pass to hell it's this manager. Trust the reviews. Don't bring your business here. edit: I found out the managers name is Dawna, steer clear of her she's the negative powerhouse that runs that shithole. read more

My husband who has the best patience was hopping mad when he got home with our lunch today 16 April 2023 at about 12 noon. This store messed up the order so bad (instead of 6 tacos, they put 10; instead of 1 order of mini churros, they put 2) and they wont take back the extra orders and give us back our money they already TOOK from us. The corporate should know how these people earned their profits - underhandedly, dishonestly and totally without any pride in their food and service. We would not go back and if we ever have an urge, we would go to Centralia for their Jack in the Box!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE FOR EXTREMELY BAD FOOD AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE!!! read more

Literally put a cone out in front of my car while i was waiting to go through the drive through to pick up an order for a customer. I would have understood if they had been out of product if they came to my window and informed me but they didn't bother. This isn't the first time its happened and its pretty clear they are closing the drive through to just sit and mess around for the rest of their shift. read more

Jack in the Box - Taco - Fast Food Near Me - Rochester, Washington

this Jack in the box has got to be the absolute worst fast food place I've ever been too, I got there asked for a simple boba tea they didn't have anything in boba ok right that was fine then I asked for a sprite and they were out of that too! After waiting 25 minutes with only 1 person in front of me I got cold fries I don't recommend going here. read more

The worst jack in the box I have ever been to. It's take forever to get your food and it seems like it's always extra greasy from this location. read more

I have to say that grave manager Melody and her staff are AMAZING at their jobs!! We come through there at least once a week between 2am and 4am, the manager always apologizes for "the wait" even though there isn't really a wait. We always get hot fresh food, correct orders and all of "her" grave employees seem happy to be there working with her. Great job!! read more

Drive-thru closed with a cone so we tried to go inside and were informed they were closed because there was only 2 employees. This was at 8am on a Saturday. read more

Tim was the best guy working the window! Super nice and funny, he did his best to make sure we were pleased with our order.

I hardly ever give reviews if any but tonight when I went to this particular Jack-in-the-Box the very perky and beautiful blonde woman at the window was complaining about how this guy was being mean to her and then as she's passing me my food she comments on how he's a bad trainer as well so I'm writing this in hopes that you guys find someone else to train your new people that really want to work. I understand making comments to a guests is looked down upon but I also understand what it's like to work in fast food and receiving no help at all from your suppose to be " trainer" read more

First of food was hot fries were good. 2nd we ordered 1 regular fry and 3 curly fries (plus other items) we couldn't go in to get this corrected because the inside is Covid closed. They also didn't give us one of our burgers. When we went back through the drive through, they were acting like we were in the wrong, attitude and everything. I don't understand why people have to be made to feel like they've done something wrong, instead of just fixing a simple mistake. Do better this happened 10/28/2020 around 11:45 am read more

Closed most of the time , though hours show otherwise. Usually takes at least 10 minutes for even a small order

If there was negative Stars I would put negative I sat in a line for 2 hours and didn't get any service

Giving this review as I sit through the drive thru for no reason because the board was wrong and I decided not to order anything. Drive through display monitor is broke too read more

Worse service I have hands down ever received. Melody the manager was completely disrespectful and rude. We wanted two orders after being told we can make four. Fine whatever we get it. Then when we tried to order two. Got a straight "No you can not make another order." After ordering one. Went to the window to get her our food and she came to the window and asked if we where "cool" read more

This is defiantly a location that shouldn't be in service. Everyone that I have known that goes to this location has the same thing to say about it. The staff is extremely rude. They can't simply get an order correct. When you ask about getting the order correct they get snippy with it. For me it is so simple. "NO CHEESE" because dairy products do not agree with me. Even though the order was put in correct. On 9/25 I was there about 1:30a and I was 2 cars back from ordering I waiting for about 25-30 mins and nothing was moving. Someone came out and out something up on the board and said that they were not accepting cards. Well they also have a sign that says they do not accept change due to coin shortage. I was a little livid because I had been waiting for a long time. No one was behind me. Yet they wouldn't do anything to compensate for those of us that had been waiting. My neighbor's car who was 4 cars ahead of me got their meal for free. Then I am like oh since they won't take cash or card I will just use my app and order that way. Yet this particular location doesn't accept ordering online. No wonder people will drive to the next town just to get their food. read more

Great jack in the box! We stopped here on our way through centralia and were pleasantly surprised at the good quality food. Also, the team members are super friendly! Our cashier was cracking jokes with us. The bathroom was a little messy which is the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars. They have all their awards displayed and it looks like a very successful location. We will be back on our next trip through the area! read more

This is the worst run franchise in the area. It took me 30 minutes to get through a 5 car line at the drive thru.

Customer service don't mean a dime to these guys. Was told they couldn't do anything about them messing my order up. Even got hung up on by the owner. They have poor customer service an they mess up on orders often. read more

I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger and I paid full price and they gave a grilled cheese sandwich

Great service on the late late crew. Always quick and courteous. Food is always better at night here. Day time crew has mostly kids who make mistakes often. I always double check my order with the day crew. read more
