The dry looking smash burger patty was pulled out of a yellow plastic bin before placed on the bun. The completed burger was about 1-1/4 inch thick. Not anything like the commercial that influenced me to come in. Got a refund, then left the restaurant. read more

All You have to do is use Your damn cameras, and you can see the dirty tables, and probably the lousy service that others have complained about. Food was great. Employee had some kinda' attitude from the intercom to the handing out of the food. They forgot to add the requested fry sauce. I am leaving this bad review for the Jack in the box on court street because I went to Jack in the box October 8, 2025 at about 11:30 pm and sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes without anybody taking my order. I then said hello about 3x before going to the window to see if there was anybody at the window (there was nobody) I then pulled a bit more forward and seen one lady on the grill then another lady behind the register where she was out of sight WITH A HEADSET ON. I pulled thru the drive thru again there was another car waiting in line. we waited and nobody took THEIR order either in total i was in that drive thru for about 10 minutes without anyone taking my order so I pulled thru to see if there was anybody at the register AGAIN and there was a lady by the soda machines the same one w the headset on that I had seen the first time. I circled back again and that's when I had seen and heard that the orders were finally being taken. once it was my turn to order I was given attitude, and felt like I was being rushed to order, and when I ordered a milkshake I was told "we don't have any milkshakes at the moment" but I had just been there 2 hours prior and I was given a milkshake. isn't jack in the box supposed to be 24hrs? and THIS isn't the first time "there isn't any milkshakes at the moment". when I got to paying it was 12:50 and the customer service was dog the one who was working the register was named Elena the same one who had the headset on and was hiding. PLEASE do better this isn't the first time and for me to sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes is not okay. read more

Jack in the box NEVER gives sauce at night time. This has always been a problem ESPECIALLY with online orders. Orders like strips, nuggets, and others which we choose a sauce with our order, JUST NEVER GET THEM. Is the night crew just lazy and can't read the order???? read more

I'm giving this place 1 star for the simple fact that I can't give them 0 stars. Absolutely WORST jack in the box I've ever gone to. Not only are their wait times super long, but they have some of the most unprofessional staff. Drive-thru was backed up so decided to get off and waited for a good 5 min before they even acknowledge that I was standing there, even when a couple staff members saw me standing there. Yes I get that they are busy but at least acknowledge me standing there. Then they were playing music super loud and just dancing and laughing. One of the grill members wasn't even wearing gloves while preparing the food... seriously one of the worst places! read more

For a chain, fast food place, it's really good. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are thick and juicy, the fries (especially the curly ones) are crispy and seasoned well, and the prices are right on par with what you'd expect. I usually frequent the drive-thru, as this location is just steps from my home, so I can't say much for the interior but it looks nice and clean from the few times I've been inside. Order accuracy is in the high 96-97% range and the customer service is always polite and welcoming. My one gripe? They never seem to have rice for the teriyaki chicken rice bowls. It's my girlfriends favorite menu item there and it doesn't matter when we come, it's always "oh sorry, we don't have any rice". When you go through the drive through and have to repeat your order 3 times and literally EVERY SINGLE ITEM ia wrong, then they still get it wrong at the window so you correct it AGAIN, then you get home and the order is STILL WRONG!! I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit and they kept trying to give me bacon. When I got home I found out that instead of remaking the order they just tried to take the bacon off, and missed several pieces. Thanks for trying to poison me, Jack!! read more

Overall the restaurant serves pretty good food. I ask for unsalted fries I always get them and they are always hot. They always giver me my military discount which is pretty neat. The only thing I have a problem with is the buns are always swished down like a pancake to keep the lettuce in place on the burgers. The men restroom has a urinal that is just a little above the floor causing one to get crop dusted with ones urine and who ever used it before you. It is not a pleasant thing especially if you are wearing shorts.You guys should check into that. read more

Had dinner here last night. BTW, they are open 24 hours, including the lobby, drive thru and bathrooms, so if you're traveling late at night it is a good break stop. I ordered the #9, a home style chicken ranch sandwich with fries and I splurged for a chocolate shake instead of the soda it comes with. My order came up fast and the food was delicious. The fries were done just right, seems like many fast food places over cook the fries, but not here. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were too. read more
