somehow the whole fam ended up at jack in the box & i was excited because i wanted to get a couple of those cute Jibbis. my mom had come earlier that day on her own & her order of eggrolls was burnt. when my stepdad told the cashier about it he brought her out a fresh order, that was very nice. our food actually came out super hot and fresh! chicken was great & our Jibbis were so very cute, i ended up buying another. the person working's name was Aldo & he was AWESOME & definitely working hard. it looked like he was the only one running the front so walk ins as well as the drive thru & he was killin it! he was kind to my daughter & myself & we all left smiling. thank you Aldo & thank you Jack in the Box! I don't know who was on drive taking orders at 1 pm on Saturday but that kid didn't know how to do a simple job. I have worked in fast food and also drive through so it doesn't take that long to take an order. He also was rushing us when we said we were going to order more things and was repeating the wrong stuff back to us. Usually this location is fine but whoever is taking orders needs to get a new job or management needs to do something. Love just about everything but chicken strips or nuggets my fav. Only nugget my dog will eat. They are crispy and seasoned perfectly. They are hot and juicy. They are so tender.
