Jack in the Box - MY BABY BOYS SANDWHICH ?! Hes 8 years old for gods sake - Fast Food Near Me - Marina, California

Lazy cashier told us to "please order on the screen" when we asked for chicken nuggets. So now they just stand there gossiping with coworkers instead of taking your order in person. Horrible customer service. Thumbs down. Zero stars. NOT RECOMMENDED read more

Rude won't let you get a full order in without saying is that all. And always missing at least one item

Earlier today, i ordered a number 4 bacon ultimate combo and the drive thru lady who spoke in broken english somehow confused it for a number 10 jacks spicy chicken. How is that mess up even possible? There needs to be an improvement with staff and who's being hired, otherwise I will not be visiting this specific location anymore. read more

Pretty straightforward Jack in the Box. The restaurant is always clean. I usually get 4 tacos, comes quick. Last night the wait seemed kinda long, but I'm sure they were busy. Convenient location, relatively quick drive thru, perfectly serviceable. read more

This jack in the box is usually good but this time I ordered 6 French toast sticks and only got 5 and they never gave me my receipt and it wasn't too busy read more

Nope, not doing it anymore. The current night shift F'd my order up 3 times in a row.

There is a old lady she made me wait a lot time to order my food and then there was a hair in it I want back and she yelled at me to get out of there so somebody need to do something about her. They need better service at that jack in the box. read more

02/18/24 @ 3:00 am. Drive- thru was closed off by a sign. I could've sworn Jack is 24 hrs. The workers here aren't doing their jobs.

Food is always rotten, undercooked, missing items, incorrect items, cold. Staff coughing with masks worn improper. I hope the health department is aware of it soon. How sad half of them reviews are the same reasons. Manager doesn't like to admit his wrongs. Has a hard time getting compliments and how to do things correctly. Get a new manager! Recommend yall going to Seaside. read more

Literally the slowest jack in the box I have ever been to! More than once, the drive thru has taken 30-45 minutes with only 3-4 cars in front of us. Update: After waiting so long, we got home and part of our order was missing! read more

Good food but very poor experience. Is not for me. If I have a chance to go to another store I'll prefer.

BAD!!!! I ordered through DoorDash and paid 28 dollars . No ketchup and my burger just fell apart with so much mustard . Couldn't add bacon on customizing options to my burger and on top of that my milkshake had no strawberry on it . Very disappointed will recommend of you even order here to pick ip up so you know what you are getting. read more

Antagonizingly slow drive thru at any time of day !!!! Tacos are religiously cold, soggy and greasy with never any lettuce or cheese in them at any time of day as well. Cashiers will never give you a receipt unless you ask. read more

This is never the greatest Jack in the Box. They frequently mess up your order, but I haven't written a review until now. The woman working the drive-thru window is coughing excessively, and wearing her mask below her chin. I understand having fast food is a luxury during this time, but wearing your mask properly, and protecting customers and other staff is what allows businesses to stay open. This is unacceptable, and it will be reported to the Monterey health department. read more

Please change your posted hours. The drive thru is not 24/7 if it is blocked off and you are forced to walk up. This is a serious safety concern for any and all late night diners and drivers. read more

Jack in the Box - Drive thru blocked to prevent vehicles - Fast Food Near Me - Marina, California

This is not the first time that I've received bad product at this location. I reported it to them and was told they couldn't do anything. I contacted corporate who said that someone would call me. No one did. I ordered 4 large sodas on the way home from work. I was in a hurry and did not expect to have to check them. Should have been 2 large Cokes, 1 large Coke with Vanilla and 1 large Dr Pepper. What I received were 4 large slightly tinted carbonated waters with a very chemical taste... no hint of the soda flavors at all. I live 2 towns away and wasn't about to go back during the heavy traffic period. I refuse to go there again after this incident. Too many times have I received unsatisfactory food... but now the drinks too? read more

Don't waste your time. They say they are open 24 seven but every single time you go after midnight they say they are not taking orders or on break. One ofor two times, fine, they are on break, but no matter what time you go it's the same excuse every time. Zero stars for zero service read more

I really can't believe the experience I had last night in my last attempt to be a customer at this particular establishment. What ever role "Dominic Davis" or something of that sort plays here lost them a customer for life. read more

This Jack in the Box is ridiculously SLOW. Unbelievable. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Amazing burgers and fries always a great choice when In a rush to go and there oreo smoothie is the best smoothie I recommend you try it out

Stopped by Jack in the Box for a breakfast sandwich, ordered the loaded breakfast sandwich and pulled up to the window to pay. As I leaned over to hand the cashier my card I noticed that she had something in her right hand that was dripping as she attempted to reach for my card with that hand I noticed it was a wet latex glove, she said oops. OOPS, why did she not realize that excuse herself and wash her hands. No she ran my card with her other hand never discarded the nasty wet glove. She then went over to another co-worker grabbed my sandwich bagged it and using the hand still with the wet nasty glove she placed napkins in the bag and handed me the food. I was not only pissed off by this action, or grossed out but, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and safe work method training that this location used. This employee and or manager should be fired. As for the sandwich it went straight into the trash I am not going to eat a sandwich prepared by employees of a restaurant whom have zero regard for customer service or public health. I will never spend money at this location of Jack in the Box again. They seriously need to improve their standards of customer service and public health. read more

No one present at 4 am in the morning on 02/22/2020,dropped by to pick something up before a long drive, no one answered at the microphone, waited 5 minutes then drove up to window. Horrible customer service. I went with my husband one night who is african american. The man at the window got my order wrong when we came back to get the burger corrected he insisted that our burger was correct, after picking the burger apart with his bare hands he refused to correct our order and called my husband some very racist derogatory names, which I will refrain from this post. After picking through our food and insulting my husband he proceeded to call the police on us saying we are disturbing the business.. We got no food no money back and called the n-word all for wanting out food corrected.. Smh I have reached out to jack in the box corporation in hopes that they would correct this horrible customer service and have yet to hear anything back.. I would never return to this nor any jack in the box. Very sad situation. read more

It's rare that I review fast food joints, but I'm juxtaposing two Jack-in-the-Box locations that are quite different, and this is the better of the two. There's not a whole lot to say (although I do love their jalapeño poppers). Mainly, though, they're one of the few places near CSUMB that's open past midnight, especially 'till 3 am. Some days, Denny's just doesn't cut it. read more

Around 5:50 pm I went to jack n box and Proceeded to or a chicken sandwich plain medium curly fry and a jumbo jack add Swiss cheese I had a Coupon for a two dollar onion ring then I proceeded to order a number 5 double jack Regular small so my order should have cost in total of 21.30 but I got up to the window and the employee Immediately had a bad attitude I look at my recipe and I said I only ordered one onion ring before you give me my food can you take that off and then I looked instead of a number 5 she rang everything up Separately the bill came out to at least 29 dollars so I tried to ask why she had a attitude she got out of control started telling me to shut up n slammed the window shut on then she started speaking to one of the workers in Spanish and I said you are lying. She proceeded again to tell me to shut up I don't understand what she is saying then I asked for her Manager and a woman name Myra witch she wouldn't give then next thing I know the cook was at window and a manager and two employees yelling she threw my money back at me witch was dirty money that had a bunch of stuff on it and told me leave so left no food no nothing this was the worst experience I have had a fast food place and the sad part is that there is fast food businesses in my area so the only thing near Is jack n box so I'll be eating at home won't be going there for a while read more
