Hey guys I don't know why so many people feel obligated to rate Jack in the boxes and other fast food establishments so poorly. Listen up it's tasty fast food! Today I circled in to the drive-through lane, the menu boards were clean and accurate, a young employee took my order and made sure she understood it correctly and she also made sure I understood my total. By the time I got to the window I had decided I wanted a couple of tacos also, so I asked her if it was too late to get them. She cheerfully said that's no problem how many do you want? The transaction was clear and easy I was charged the right price I was given the correct product and I am happy with my food and service kudos everybody who works here. read more

This guy asked me if I wanted sauces and I asked for ketchup. He was so busy talking to his buddy in the window I didn't get anything I asked for. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The food was even cold. There was no reason to brag about this place. read more

Came here late night about 30 minutes before they closed, the customer service was great. They took a little while to take my order but the young man taking my order was very nice and respectful. The burger was fresh, I could tell that it had just been made, the only thing I didnt like is that my halfsie fries were hot but hard like they had been refried and were old, almost chipped my tooth on them. read more

After finishing my food I decided to take a drink of the sprite that I had ordered. I noticed something dark on the inside of the cup so I took the lid off. I could not tell what it was at first, so I dumped some of the drink out. It turns out, a whole mosquito was in the drink. I ate the burger in my car with the lights off so I'm not sure if I had a surprise in the sandwich, but this is absolutely disgusting to say the least. Went through the drive-thru of this place and I had the worst customer service experience ever with fast food. I didn't realize I had to memorize the menu before even pulling up to it and then be told that if I didn't hurry I could leave to go elsewhere due to them being "busy" (did not look like it which is why we went). The customer service was very lacking. They would tell you what drinks they didn't have when you ordered but when I asked what do you have? I was told Coke products, Coke, sprite, root beer. But the list was limited for a Coke dispensary that says it carries over 100+ drinks. The guy that took the our money opened the window and was wearing a PornHub sweatshirt and looked dirty. The food was so gross. The chicken fajita pita was just chicken and cheese with no seasoning. The burger was so bad I couldn't get past the first bite I spit out. I went there to get us something for dinner, ordered my food and after I paid, I sat at the drive thru and watched the girl who was running the window TOUCH HER FACE AND THEN PROCEED TO PUT OUR FRIES IN THE CONTAINERS! I went inside to see the manager, and when I get in, he is on the phone, I guess with his girlfriend, cussing and yelling at her. I ask him if he was the manager and he looks at me and says "I sure the fuck am!" And then tells his gf that he needs to get off the phone because there is a "fucking customer" needing to talk to him. I explain everything that I saw, and the girl comes over to apologize to me.. I told her instead of apologizing to me she needed to wash her hands and get some gloves on! she kept on and on and finally I asked her why she was still standing there trying to apologize when she needed to stop touching her face, wash her hands and put on the gloves! I pulled into Jack the other day. Despite there only being 4 cars in front of me literally waited 40 minutes for food. When I tried to order the lady seemed super irritated and then only told me they had no dipping sauce after I had ordered chicken nuggets for my kids. When I got to the pay window the lady taking orders was yelling at people. I'm not sure who because I couldn't see them but she was rather dramatic. I sat at the window for 10 minutes watching her yell on and off. There was food literally all over the ground. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or what's going on.. but I've never seen a jack run like this or had this bad of an experience. So I've been here twice now and both times it took more than 15 minutes for them to give me my food. I would understand if I would've ordered a ton of food but usually it's maybe five items. Possibly the worst engineered parking lot I have ever had to deal with. You are funneled down a single lane in the parking area with no way to get out or go around. If you happen to be in the parking lot, you are stuck there until the drive through is open. Poorly engineered and thought out. I have to get the curly fries. Regular ones aren't even an option for me when I come here. I love their spicy(but it's really not spicy) chicken sandwiches. Not too many other fast food places offer that and it's better than a regular chicken sandwich to me. Only done drive thru since it came to Lawton, no problems with it so far. Getting in the parking lot, the opening is kinda steep so I have to ease my car into the parking lot, and then back out when I'm leaving. I love the strawberry shake. It's usually what I base my standard off of when getting from other chain fast food joints. They are rich and velvety tasting. I got the pumpkin flavor once when it was seasonal, will probably stick to the strawberry. Don't get me wrong, I *love* pumpkin, but the strawberry one is awesome. Sometimes the fries aren't up to par which can be a let down. But hey, this ain't a Michelin star restaurant here. I'm just glad I can get a fast food fix from Jack in the box now in Lawton. Mmmmmm, sourdough jack, so greasy! I mean tasty. I also like the jumbo jack with cheese. And I like the two tacos for 99 cents. Something so simple yet somehow yummy. Your staff at the location on Cache Road in Lawton are extremely unprofessional. They work with zero urgency. The guy working the drive thru rudely told me to put a mask on when he ignored me and saw me twice at the register for delivery. I got a mask on and even though my delivery order was placed BEFORE the drive thru customers and yet they were getting food first. I asked him, after waiting over 10 minutes, nicely to put gloves on when touching and bagging food. I'm sorry I'm looking out for the safety of our military who is MY customer. He became excruciatingly belligerent and told me he works with money so he would have to change his gloves too frequently. He told me I could leave because he works with money and his manager was right there who also was excruciatingly rude. In this ten plus minutes I did NOT see the employee was his hands once and touching food containers after handling money. I did leave and canceled the order which cost me money. I will file a complaint with Uber about this restaurant as the employees main issue is that I wanted the military member's food treated with clean hands which he refused to do. Being from California I was excited to get a Jack in the box in town. Not so excited anymore. The tacos which are like crack back home are not made correctly here. Back home they fry everything in the taco. Here they just fry the shell and the meat so the cheese and lettuce (no hotsauce?) are added after they are out of the fryer and they are SOGGY. I love that you can order lunch for breakfast! I order a number 18 or 19 and its always good. The employees are nice and always have a smile. The building is new which is nice and yes the parking lot is horrible. Overall the food and service is good so I will be returning again. read more
