RUDE, FEMALE TEENAGERS THAT DO NOT HAVE STANDARD PRACTICE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES TO FOLLOW!!! After being active the last several weeks & taking off work for my bday today, but still going to the gym, I decided to treat myself. I ordered 4 items & asked for 5 sauces which the young lady at the window told me that they would bring out with my order if I pulled up to wait. When my order arrived a few min. later I had jelly, jam, & a buttermilk ranch that I didn't ask for & 1 out of the 5 that I did ask for. When I went inside to get my sauces, a different girl, Destiny, told me that 1 of them was no longer being made, which I found odd that the first girl didn't know that since she works there... She then told me that I would have to pay for the additional sauces, despite them giving me ones I didn't ask for at no charge. When I said that the first young lady didn't say that, Destiny got an attitude & said "well, I'm telling you now." I don't mind paying the 33 cents per sauce if I was told that when I ordered, but apparently the first girl didn't think it was excessive for 4 items, but Destiny did. Well, Destiny didn't take my order, & if that policy is standard, then the other employee should know that. Then, when I asked for a manager to honor my original sauces, said "Manager," Lauren, just repeated with her own attitude that extra sauce is more, no matter what the first girl said, & "I'm telling you now." If I wanted to talk to a parrot, I'd go to a pet store, but there was no professionalism, courtesy, or real customer service offered at this location, aside from the young man that brought me my food. I have eaten here many times through the years. These days I just drive through. My experience has been excellent! The service is fast and the food quality is very good! I generally get a regular hamburger, jalapeno poppers and a drink and am very satisfied. The ladies do a great job of preparing the food. There was very little that went well with this visit. Let's start with the post-order spectacle that ended it. As I sat in the JIB lot with my order (because of a closed dining room) I watched an employee dispute spill outside and girls briefly grapple with each other before retreating back inside. Shortly after, one girl exited to yell and curse into her phone. Realizing she'd been locked out of the restaurant she began screaming, cursing, and banging on the door, demanding to be let in. Moments later her male friend drove up to offer his help and perform the same activities at a window. Not surprisingly, local constables showed up shortly afterward to sort things out. I'm guessing this isn't the type of work activity owners expect of employees. Before all that there was the poor drive-thru service with no order confirmation. I tried to get an answer whether my order was received but received a demanding "Pull around, please." At the window I had to repeat my order because the employee hadn't gotten it earlier. Almost 15 minutes later the order arrived: Fries upside down in the bag, wrong sandwich with a smear of mayo on the wrapper that transferred to my slacks, and a special request ignored. What was right? I got my Coke Zero. I think. It tastes so much like Coke it's hard to tell. read more

The cashier in drive thru got that ass beat talking crazy to folks. Ordered my food she was a jackass at the speaker. I've been eating jack taco's for yrs and order them with no sauce. She explained they don't do sauce just packets. She was quick with taking my order , only plus here. Got my food and asked for ranch, and wanted to just to see if my ranch was in the bag. The cashier said "I told you it was in the bag". I turned to her and told her "it's my money bitch". ​ Laroya was the manager , not the cashier. Will never return, which really sad to me. Ordered 20 tacos via drive thru. Staff was friendly. I had to pull out of the line and only waited a few minutes. They gave me plenty of hot sauce and ranch, as well as ketchup. If you haven't had the tacos, there's some beef meat type ingredient, cheese, lettuce. It's deep fried and tasty for a $0.50 taco. Tacos were hot and order was accurate. Drive thru was fast. I placed an order through Doordash, expected long delivery time. But after about an hour, when my driver arrived to pick up my order, only then did they tell him they don't carry that anymore. Although I had received an email from Doordash just a few days ago suggesting I order it. There is no reason they shouldn't have said something as soon as the order arrived. Oh my goodness. Some of the worst service I have ever had! Rather than selling me the bacon variety of the sandwich I ordered (x2) she charged me .50 per sandwich to add bacon... ok I could have let that go. Then they have the Coke freestyle machine and are out of lemonade when I placed my order, then out of sprite at the window. So I ask her what other type of soda they have without caffeine. She shrugs her shoulders and says "uhduhnuh" I am currently sitting waiting for my meal as I write this lengthy review. I will never ever come to this jack in the box again! read more

How is this place still open? every yelp review has said they screw up your order? same happened to me, and I went inside and they completely ignore you when you tell them your order is wrong and want your money back for them charging you for more tacos. ZERO stars, and worthless lazy employees. Don't ignore a customer when you know you intentionally overcharged them. Two stars because I didn't stay very long and haven't returned to that location since. Last time I went to this location was early summer I left after a few minutes and made the mistake of going to the steak n shake (see review). Maybe something was in the air that day? Another not very busy place(I'm starting to take that as a pretty bad sign) I was in and up to the counter look up to the menu and the cashier asked what do I want.. I said I wasn't ready to order. I decide on my meal and wait for her to come back while I waited I became very aware of the mess that was the kitchen. The open bag of fries was outside of the freezer on the floor next to a mop bucket,main food packages everywhere cutting station a mess it looked horrible and dirty after maybe three minutes she came back for the order with a great deal of attitude while I stared at all the health code violations( I'm well versed on them due to my personal career) I said "uhh nevermind that's okay" and promptly left. They never have ANYTHING, ever. Went there for a BBQ bacon cheeseburger, the one with the onion rings....they didn't have the onion rings. Ordered a peach Fanta....they were out of that. Ordered a lemonade...they were out of lemonade. Ordered a meat lovers burrito. I asked what all comes in it. The cashier says verbatim: "uhhhhh bacon, sausage, I guess meat, I don't know" .......... The ongoing joke between my boyfriend and myself is that this particular Jack in the Box couldn't get our order right if their lives depended on it. I usually go there after I get off work at 2-3 am. There is never anyone there but for some reason I am always asked to pull forward and wait for my order. This past weekend was no different that any other. We order 4 items from the menu. I checked it before we left and of course there were only 3. Frustrated I didn't even go back through the drive-thru. It has become the norm so I just accept it.
