Food is ordered at the counter and they deliver it to the table. I ordered the three carne asada enchilada plate which came with beans and rice. The beans were nice and loose to mix with the rice. Good flavor and plenty of sauce and cheese in the enchiladas. Taste of the meat was on point. They had green and red homemade sauces, nice flavors, the red was not real hot. The squeeze had the three taco plate, which of course had the beans and rice. She chose the carne asada as well. We swapped a taco and enchilada. The tortillas got a little stiff on the last taco, almost became a tostada. There is a soda fountain for self help drinks. Service was good, very attentive. It was certainly a good lunch. I really can't say it was better than other places I have eaten. The single bathroom needs help, kind of dirty but didn't smell. Maybe a cheap makeover with some fresh paint.

The lady was distracted on the phone and didn't really seem to care about the wait. The horchata was definitely not authentic and just tasted like iced milk. When she handed me the corn, you instantly got a stinky smell. At first I wasn't sure if it was the cheese as there are some cheeses with a strong aroma. I decided to ignore it and proceeded to head home. Once I got home I inspected the corn it didn't take long before I noticed mold chunks on the corn. I was so disgusted that I threw everything away including the drink. I will not be returning to this place again.

Since I was already planning on being in town, I made it my mission to stop by and try. I ordered an Asada Burrito with Hot Cheetos (asada, rice, beans, cheese, onion, cilantro and stuffed with Flamin' Hot Cheetos, $8.50) with sides of red and green sauce. The wait wasn't long at all. The first thing I noticed was how freaking heavy the damn thing was. It was huge! Definitely worth the price if we're talking about value. Idk about you, but I am a huge fan of Hot Cheetos. I have eaten entire bags of it by myself during a movie. I bring them on any road trip, plane ride, and especially backpacking trips (something about greasy goodness and mountains in the middle of nowhere that brings me serenity). Anyway, the moment I took a bite my taste buds knew nothing else other than I was born to eat this burrito. And another one, if I didn't have a holiday party to attend later that day. I put Hot Cheetos in my sandwiches all the time, but in a burrito? Not only did it add copious amounts of flavor, but the extra crunch between bites was so satisfying! If you're ever in the little town of Payette you really should stop by! Great prices, delicious food.

I walked in and after looking over…read morethe menu for a few minutes I was greeted and asked if I had any questions, which I appreciated so much. Even though the ambiance kind of reminded me of a gas station restaurant. I finally settled on the two meat plate which had half a slab of ribs and smoked pork sausage which I was told was smoked right there at the restaurant. I placed my order which came with a 20oz drink, a dessert "banana" pudding, and barbecue beans. The ribs were okay super tender and falling off the bone but the flavor was lacking. I really appreciated all the different types and flavors of sauce but that couldn't save the ribs. As a person who grew up eating my mother's homemade banana pudding, I couldn't even try to eat what they were calling "banana" pudding. The barbecue beans had too many beans in it and no meat, for some reason I thought there would be meat in the barbecue beans. All this to say, I was underwhelmed by every part of this experience besides the customer service. I even asked a guy who was throwing away his empty food tray "how was it?" His reply was excellent? Maybe in Idaho? After all "good" and "bad" is relative. I don't think I need to have this experience again.

My wife and I stopped by on a whim and we were not prepared for how much we would adore this little food truck! Food and service were above expectation. The ladies running the show could've doubled their prices, and we still would have left happy, so please make sure to tip them well when you get there! When we showed up, it was over 100º that day, and they were working inside of this tiny red trailer with NO A/C (yes the trailer has an A/C unit, but it wasn't running)!!! Yet, they still had the most chipper attitudes and were so friendly. They engaged with us more than was required, making us feel just as warm inside as it was outside. ;) For such a tiny shed, they run a great operation, and they even had little buzzers to pass out to notify you when your order is ready, so you can wait in your car's A/C instead of standing in the hot sun. But I am an idiot and told them I didn't need the buzzer because I could see their window from my car, so when the food was ready, she still ended up coming outside and walking it all the way over to us! I felt like such a jerk. I am so sorry ladies! The tacos were fantastic. We got the steak and the carnitas, as well as some rice and beans sides, but honestly, I am pretty convinced that there is nothing bad on their menu. We also got their horchata and a pineapple drink, and both were excellent. They even made sure to remind us that they include free refills and to make sure we take advantage. Just stunning service. I hate that they aren't closer to Portland, because I would be eating there at least once a week. Do not pass up an opportunity to come patronize this place.
