How hard is it to put six items into a bag that was ordered instead of giving me just three of what I ordered? When I pull up to the drive up window, he asks me in Spanish. What did I want? I told him in English what I wanted he continued to speak to me in Spanish. Finally after waiting 10-12 minutes in line, he finally said it in English. so I get up to the drive up window. I honestly cannot believe this is even open. I went in today and witnessed how an employee grabbed a piece of chicken with he's hands, no gloves or tongs. Every single employee's uniformed was soo old and dirty, floors were sticky . Very horrible place! I threw my food out & was honestly disgusted. I swear this Jack in the box location has your food bagged and ready to go right after you pay. AND they're all oddly cheerful. The drive thru guy sounds robotic though. When I first heard his voice through the speaker I was convinced it was a pre-recorded message or a robot I was communicating with. Then when I drove up to the window I realized it was an actual human being working the drive thru. I've never had a problem ordering something here, they always get the job done. We asked for blue powerade on multiple separate occassions and were given grape soda in its place. this last time it happened we pointed it out and got told that the color purple was in fact, the color blue and that was their only "blue" drink. Have to start off by saying I am extremely disgusted at the madam that was taking orders in the drive through on Saturday may 30 at night. I have a hard time talking because of a recent surgery to my throat and my voice is very high pitch. I tried ordering a small snack, hoping it would be quick and as I started talking the lady said "speak right and stop playing these games or else I won't take your order and you will have to leave". Excuse me? I am not some child playing games can I not be treated with any respect? What kind of customer service is that? Ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl with the sauce on the side for dine in. They asked if I wanted to add an egg roll or a beverage but I said just the bowl would be fine. When my order came up it was prepared to-go. No big deal. I asked the same girl who took my order of I could have some soy sauce and she proceeds to hand me taco sauce. I asked for soy sauce again and luckily this time the manager overheard and provided me with some packets. I took my bowl and was extremely disappointed and frustrated to discover that not only did they give me half the amount of rice I usually get, but they also drenched the little amount I did get with the teriyaki sauce I said I didn't want. They have all around friendly and fast service and the food has always been as good as fast food can get. The dinning room and restroom are always clean. This must be the worst fast food place I've been to for cleanliness. Both their men and woman toilets were just plain nasty. The smell meets you the minute you opened the door. Floors, tiles, metal parts and everything else were in a terrible state. My daughter had to run outside after she was inside to throw up. We ended up going to Starbucks to get to. Decent toilet.
