We needed a quick meal after our kid finished a recital in the area. Ordered in the app and the ETA was about 15 min out. Five min after it was supposed to be finished, the app showed it as complete. There was no one at the counter for the whole time we'd been there, so I half yelled "is my order ready?" into the back. A guy came forward and asked which order was mine - I showed him my phone and he just walked away without saying anything. Another 15 min pass and our food comes up. No joke it was nearly 40 min hanging out in the booth. No explanation, apology, or anything else. Somehow half the food was already cold too. Mozza sticks were fresh and they put lots of sauces in the bag, but only six napkins. We had six burgers, plus fries, tacos, and mozza sticks. I am highly irritated with the way this business is run. First off, I 100% agree with the folks about misleading advertising. OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY. This is maybe true half of the time but the majority of the time they are not. They look like they're open until I sit there like a fool, talking into the speaker seeing if anyone is there and then realizing they are closed. It's frustrating, especially after working a 12 hour shift and just want to go home. But the main problem I have is my food not being delivered to me 3 times! I ordered through DoorDash for a pick up order. Nothing on the app tells me to come in inside. I pull up to the box and tell the employee my name. I thought he said pull up but when I get to the window to show him my pick up details he rudely tells me to come inside to get my order. I'm confused again because doordash doesn't mention coming inside and I did not approach him in the same manner. then when I come inside and about to grab what looks like my order he then tells me it's not and that it will be out soon and walks away. Never looked at my order to see my name or anything. When he tells me it's ready I tell him that is not my order and grab the one that is and when I picked up my Oreo milkshake I noticed a hair and asked him to remake it. He then pours out half and throws vanilla on top and covered it with a bunch of whip cream and no cherries I asked on my original order. This is my first and last time ordering here. If I became hostile to his behavior it would have been a problem. I've worked in food service for years and this was a rude a ridiculous interaction that could have been handled way better. I order ahead to avoid as much contact being I just had an infusion treatment yesterday and my immune system is down. I came here a few days ago because I was in Everett. I ordered a jumbo jack cheeseburger combo with an oreo shake. They gave me the cheeseburger, but they gave me cold ass french fries when I wanted CURLY fries. They were also soggy. They also gave me a chocolate shake and I asked about it. The employee told me they got a chocolate shake. I said I wanted OREO. They fixed it up but I saw the person who fixed my shake gave me an eyeroll. Fucking rude! This place was so good it seems like a completely different chain than what I experience closer to and around Seattle. It was clean, the people were friendly, and they got my order correctly. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly the way it's supposed to be made. The burger I had actually had two full size strips of bacon on it ! Just like the picture on the order board !! I couldn't believe it ! When I picked up my order they asked me if I wanted any sauce. For me that's a dangerous question. If they'd let me I'd take the entire "sauce rack" with me.
