How is that possible that there is a five minute hold but there's nobody in line and it's late night? First and only time I visited this establishment I will not be coming back. They need to learn how to talk to people better and not let this job stress you and then take it out of the customers because you are stressed out at work I usually don't leave reviews like this, but I am upset with the lack of quality these restaurants in this area on Ray Road.rural area it's frustrating. Went into Jack and ordered 3 sets of 2 tacos. I saw my order was ready for me to take, but Elizabeth took out 1 set of tacos 2 different times. She did this so that she could give the tacos to the people who had ordered on the drive-thru. One of her coworkers told her to not do this but she said that it didn't matter since I had to wait either way, and drive-thru didn't. Their food is good for its value. The drawback? They have been closing early every night, most likely due to staff shortage because of the ongoing COVID pandemic, which makes it hard to get food when you're hungry after 7 pm. Went to the drive through on Friday night around 11:40pm. Made a big order. The girl forgets to put a curly fry and a small fry in the bag and missing 2 tacos. I paid $40 and she accuses me of eating it. While my grandson was eating his tacos. She says he ate them. That's freakin retarded! i've never written a bad review before but there's a first time for everything i guess!! i came through the drive through tonight at around 1:20 am hadnt eaten all day and was so excited to see a drive through open 24 hours!! i was the only car in the drive through when i got there and i ordered 2 extreme sausage sándwiches and a large dr pepper. i pulled to the window and it took a while to get my food maybe 15 minutes and i pulled out of the drive through. when i opened the bag i saw she had given me two ultímate breakfast sándwiches instead of the ultímate sausages. i wasn't mad or anything i understand it was very late but i pulled back into the drive through and there was now two cars i front of me. ordering for two cars took around 20 minutes and then when it was my turn i waited forever before someone finally spoke it was the same girl who took my order the first time and i explained the mix up to her and she told me to pull back through so i did. when i got to the window i gave her the two sandwiches bsck and she came back around 10 minutes later with our sandwiches! only for me to realize when i got home she only put one sausage patty in each sandwich with two slices of cheese. there was supposed to be 2 in each... i've never been so disappointed and i understand it was late and everyone's tired but come on... really? read more

Yesterday midnight 2ish i went i understand this is late but this is a 24 hr jack. When i get there the person (young male) was very rude the way he spoke to me. I had a good experience here. The guy who took our order was very polite. Our food came out fast (even by fast food standards!) and nothing was screwed up. This is one of the better Jacks to eat at. It is generally fast and pretty good. Love the specials and especially since you can add flavors to the drinks. I have only used the drive-thru and cannot comment on the inside. The people that take the order are good and make sure it is correct. It is fast, convenient, and somewhat affordable. While there are other fast food nearby, I like a good burger once in a while. read more

I love tacos, and I love eating tacos, mostly fish tacos , but when I purchased 12 tacos from this jack in the box I was surprised, then disappointed, then pissed off. The tacos I found in my bag were some of the sorriest looking excuses for food I have ever seen in my life. Half of them ripped in half when I attempted to take them out of the bag, and all of them were so soggy with grease that they fell apart when touched. And finally they didn't have any sauce , and some didn't even have any cheese on them. The employees working at jack in the box off of Ray, next to sunset library at 6:30 on Tuesday night need to learn how to do their jobs properly, and frankly should be fired for being incompetent employees who obviously don't care at all about their jobs or customers.
