Jack in the Box - The disgusting Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger - Fast Food Near Me - Baytown, Texas

Love the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad. It's loaded with chicken, cheese, black beans, carrots, corn and grape tomatoes - and the Southwest dressing is so delicious. I only wish JITB were closer to home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

Me and my brother just went to jack in the box and ordered two of the chicken ranch club sandwiches, and I asked one with no tomato and no lettuce but with the ranch in there. Tell me why when I get home and as I'm eating the burger there is no ranch on it, the fillet is old and dark and the fries were old where some were ugly and others were soggy read more

Jack in the Box - Chicken Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo - Fast Food Near Me - Baytown, Texas

They get the order correct 1 out of 5 times. They skimp on certain side orders and just overall slow to take orders in drive thru.

The most broke d*ck Jack in the Box ever. Customer service is terrible. Attitude from start to finish, like you are inconveniencing them by having the audacity to want some tacos. I didn't tell you to work at Jack in the Box! They always leave something off the order or they get the order wrong entirely. Or their system is down or rebooting or whatever the f*ck excuse they come up with to not do their job. I just hope the new location has better service and employees when it opens. read more

I have loved Jack's tacos since high school days, and that's over 50 yrs ago! Extra sauce and lettuce please! The drive through is the way to go but if the line is long, run in, it'll be faster! read more

I pulled up to the drive thru and the girl said may I help you and I told her I wanted a breakfast Jack combo with a coke and 2 tacos, and then I said please make sure the hashbrown is fresh. She the came back and said could you repeat your order so I told her the exact same thing but when I got to the tacos she said she had those. Before I left the house I grabbed 2 - $20 bills ,that is all the cash I had and I paid for my meal with it. the total was $6.91. she handed me $3.09 in change all folded with the change loose in between. I told her I handed her a $20 bill and she said I gave her a $10. so she counted the register while I am waiting my food is still inside with her about another 5 minutes, she open the window and was very rude and no apologies and I drove off. I pulled around the corner and opened my bag and there was a cold soggy hash brown and no tacos in the bag with a barely warm breakfast jack. This is my last time to go to that Jack in the Box because this one is always trying to short change you or short you on food or both. read more

Jack's regular tacos with extra sauce and regular fries...a culinary delight since I was a kid! Thank you, Jack!!!

0 star Bro 3 cara Infront of me I've been sitting here for a hour already. A hour not 45 minutes not 58 minutes a hour. And they don't have tacos. Worst Drive thru experience I've ever been a part of. There is no reason other than carefree workers. This place is trash I hope no one comes here anymore and y'all go bankrupt. 0 star read more

So literally every single time I have gone here they have either messed up my order or the "systems down". One of my buddies work here and let me know that when it's down they're all really just taking a break. Every time I order the same thing and every time something new is wrong with it. Ex: I order it plain, it comes with everything one it. I've also over heard the manager of this place openly state that she hates white people ??? I'm done with this place and its lazy employees. read more

waited on line 35 minutes, but the food obviously really good, only giving the 1 star for the wait on drive thru

If I could give zero stars I would. I keep going back to this establishment hoping that they get better. Don't think I'll ever go back. Went there last night, ordered our food and we were parked waiting on it for about 30 minutes! The guy parked about 4 cars at a time. I'm guessing because there is a certain time limit to keep cars at the window. When he came out the first time he gave us the bag and just walked back inside. No thank....you no nothing. Checking the bag, it was the wrong order. He came back out after he realized he had given us the order for the car behind us. He took the bag from us, then gave it to them!! I'm just here applauded like "where they do that at"??! If I were the car behind I wouldn't have taken the food. Your bad sir, Make my meal over!! Cane out with our food about 15 minutes later and the bag was all greasy and nothing is fresh! At this point I am heated. Half the stuff they serve takes less than 5minutes to cook. How does one not get fresh food!!!! Getting home and it only gets worse!!! The potato wedges were sooo greasy. I could tell it had been sitting there and they just re fried it because it held a lot of the oil. So disrespectful!!! Tacos were cold, and hard. Everything was just a mess. These people don't value their customers, much less the quality of the food they give out. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy eAting here. This is how bad they are lol. read more

Slow, I couldn't tell you how long I just sat in-line this morning for breakfast. There was one car in front of me, and he was there before I went into the drive through line. If you aren't 30 minutes to an hour early for work, wouldn't recommend. read more

They very bad the service. 3 time I order in here. I buy the food . Not for them gift to me. But fuck them. Service very bad

What can be said about a fast food place that isn't said already? Well this place in particular is disgusting man, seats are all torn up, nothing looks like it's been wiped down, broken chairs, and the service...yea right what a joke. The workers are too busy standing around and joking to take your order. The bathroom is out of order and so is their attitude. read more

Very slow service! I waited in drive thru for about 40 minutes for a single jumbo jack, there were only three other cars in line. Unfortunately I couldnt leave because their drive thru is enclosed and there was a couple cars behind me already, so theirs really one way out. read more

Didn't get the correct sandwich and didn't get 3 orders of tacos - instead I got the wrong sandwich and a pack of curly fries. Somebody there is either deaf or stupid. So which is it? I won't be back. Hell, I didn't even get a receipt to prove it and it's too far to drive back anyway. So...I take the blame for not checking my order. I should know by now not to trust people at drive thru windows. read more

Horrible service, had to repeat my order few times, end up pulling to the actual window and even like that, I got my order wrong. SHAME ON THIS PEOPLE read more

Used to love it but they are always "updating their system" and impolitely told us that "he could not take any orders right now" no explanation or anything. They are slow and skimp on fries. read more

Typical Jack in the Box. I didn't like how the water from the soda machine is carbonated though.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! The last few times I ordered food from here it took 35 minutes to get it! People start backing out and leaving because the drive through takes SO long.... the last time I went there I pulled up to the intercom and sat there for a good 10-15 minutes and left because no one came to take my order.... they hardly ever have what's on their menu and their machines are always broken!!!! I don't know why this place is still in business... will drive the extra few miles to go to an "actual" jack in the box... read more

Horrible service. I waited 20 minutes for two burgers there was only one car in front of me and the diner was closed plus the lady told me to wait in front for my order of potato wedges... Really? only one customer and still wait, the worst thing was that I got a breakfast jack instead of a jumbo jack. I am going to the other jack in the box in town. Don't waste your time at this location read more

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible customer service. Incompetent workers that don't understand basic English.
