I went to jack inthebox because Wendy's was closed. Never doing that again. It was about 1:30 or so am, but i don't think that should effect food quality. Wendy's food is fine all the time so if one can do it.... First I'm waiting at the microphone for several minutes, but no I'll be right with you or any acknowledgement. Several more mins go by and i said, " Hello?" A not warm n fuzzy voice states, "I'mbusy gimme a minute. " " Oh ok", I say. Few more mins go by and she comes back n says, "What's the order?" Uh, managers, get this person out of customer service. Have her Makin food where she belongs. At first i thought, ok maybe it'salittlebusy, therewere a whopping cars ahead of me.. but no, she was just taking her sour ass time. Ok, whatever, notplanning on coming back anyway. So i get my food n she states, "Straw's in bag." Which i couldn't even hear the first time. Also, no good night or thank you, just crickets, and the door slid shut. And she couldn't understand me even ordering mozzarella sticks. I'm Italian, but i have no accent at all. I mean, what else even sounds like mozzerella? There was nothing on the menu for ice cream which was the original reason i went there at all with Wendy's closed, so i asked if they had chocolate ice cream and she said questioningly, " chocolate shaaaake?" I said, " Ok ." But she was putting vanilla ice cream in a cup! But then she put chocolate syrup in it, blended it for second n put a little speed cream on it! Isaid it was shipped to be chocolate, she says questioning again, it's not blended all the way. So, servicewas non- existent, and the food was wrong and horrible. I got an order of curly fries and onion rings. And I'm so disappointed and disgusted. When I first opened it. It looked just like a blob. And the whole point of onion rings are they're suppose to look like onion rings. Not a ball of dough with onions in the middle. And it's not only that. I am also a big fan of the New York cheesecake! Depending on location you can either pay for sauces but most offer complimentary. The egg rolls are pretty good as well. Since I have not heard back after filing an official complaint . I wanted to make this post and I will be filing a complaint and notifying the health department. I tried to speak with management at the establishment and was met with a rude person over the phone. She was not wanting to reimburse me for my entire meal, being that this food was molded who is to say nothing else was? I sat there being a pleasant as I could but clearly very frustrated for about 20 minutes before I was given a full refund . Initially the women helping me told me she cannot give me a refund , then low and behold she was actually able to. The customer service was not to standard and there was no understanding to my situation. I fed this food TO MY KIDS. The manager was not concerned and she literally told me "it's not my problem" because she was busy at her kids school. When I drove through to pick up my order the person at the window was wearing his mask around his neck. I told him that if he's going to wear it, and he should, he should actually wear it. He then moved it up to cover his mouth only. He wasn't wearing gloves either. I watched him scratch his head before handling my food. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't. I told them fine, I'll go somewhere else anyway. Pretty expensive fast food but nothing is worth catching COVID. I will NEVER come to this store again. I suggest you find another place that takes protocols seriously and refunds orders. How sad! And yes, COVID is hard, and constantly wearing masks is a pain, but so is catching COVID. I have zero tolerance for lax protocols, and not refunding my order seals the deal. I haven't had Jack In The Box in quite a long time but it was right next to the hotel I was staying at in Auburn so I went to grab breakfast here one morning. I got one of their breakfast burritos and it was really pretty good, I'd get it again. The only problem I ran into was I ordered a hashbrown with my burrito and I guess it didn't make it onto my receipt, but when I told them they just gave me one for free and said it was on them, so it really wasn't a problem at all! My wait wasn't long and customer service was (obviously) friendly and helpful, food was good for fast food, not sure why the reviews here are all so low. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if staying in the same area! read more

I have been eating at Jack in the Boxes since 1970. First time WA at the Daley City Ca. location across from my High School on Mission Street. The food was always good and service was too. I continued to get food at various Jack in the Box locations around the SF Bay area almost every day when I worked for a Mail Delivery service. Over the past fifty years I have purchased meals from Jack in the Box in many States and like most people have favorite items on the menu. Tacos are one of my favorite and since the Covid era the chicken strips. Last week I was in Auburn Washington staying at the La Quinta on business; I decided to grab some tacos at the Jack in the Box located at the Chevron Station mini Mart on 6th Street. The service was poor, and the tacos were over cooked and soaked in grease. I would have to say that they were the worst tacos I ever had at a Jack in the Box. Additionally I orded chicken strips. When I arrived back at the hotel I found that there was no dipping sauce with the strips. I don't do many reviews but I had to on this one. I will try another Jack in the Box on my way back home and see if is a Washington State thing or has Jack in Box slipped. read more

There was an online order and some stuff is not available but they would try to fix the problem with no hesitation of agreeing with the customer because their dust doesn't show if things are available and so you can't blame those who work there. read more

It's been 3-weeks since I reported my experience to Jack-In-Box corporate and opened a complaint, reference number 641417 on Aug 6h, 2018. The following review is long for a reason, because I hope either corporate, the owner Mr. Khajavi, or this manager at this JIB # 8366 will finally pay attention and do something about how it's employees treat the customers. Later that day on Aug 6th, 2018, Guest Relations emailed me this statement: "The Jack in the Box Guest Relations team will be reviewing your feedback and identifying issues that need to be addressed. If your comments involve a visit to one of our restaurants, then we will also be forwarding your feedback to the appropriate district manager or owner/operator. If we need additional information, a Guest Relations representative will contact you." Now, almost three week later, it's Aug 26th, 2018 and even after emailing the owner, Mr. Khajavi about my experience and findings twice, on Aug 6th and 7th, respectively , he has never replied back and here was part of my complaint: "Greetings and Salutations are customary in any culture and at any restaurant and should be expected....but early this morning, it seemed two of your employees, a young girl named Harjeen and the Night Shift Leader (he wouldn't give his name when I asked) they either seem distracted, overworked, or didn't care when they gave me my food, they forgot an item and I drove back and at no time was their a "Welcome to JIB" or "Sorry we forgot that on your order", or "Thanks for coming, enjoy your food.". Also, since this incident, the Store Manager, has not once emailed me or called about my complaint to Corporate or to the owner. Here are the issues at this store that need to be resolved: 1) Short staffed 2) Overworked employees, with bad attitudes 3) Employees not following the Jack In The Box handbook called INTEGRITY PLAYBOOK it says the following: "Trust and Excellence In How We Treat People Our guests should always be treated as we want to be treated when we go out to eat -- courteously, honestly, and respectfully. And just as we must always respect and value the diversity of our colleagues, we must also do so with our guests." I did not get RESPECTFUL and COURTEOUS service from this store and it's employees during my visit on Aug 6th, 2018. RECOMMEDATION: Have the owner and manager do a store meeting to go over how all employees need to act and remind them, when consumers come to Jack In The Box, do like the Integrity Playbook says, "Treat as we want to be treated." Employees at this store, need to be reminded, to treat customers like family, with respect and be courteous. Being rude, only makes customers not be repeat customers. I haven't been back to this store and won't every go to another Jack In The Box until someone from the owner or manager communicates to me that these two employees as aforementioned have been counseled and written up for unsatisfactory performance and have rectified this problem so it doesn't happen to another customer. I feel the owner and Jack In The Box don't care and that is why 3-weeks have gone by and nobody has contacted me to resolve my complaint. read more

Honestly we tend to avoid restaurant gas station combo places because they aren't generally consistent with quality of the full size restaurants-- HOWEVER- this location is spot on for quality and service! Recently was shopping in neighborhood and was looking for quick inexpensive dinner, decided to try the new Spicy Chicken Tender Strip meal and hubbie had his regular burger choice. Both of us raved about how fresh, hot and tasty everything was. Even my hubbie who eats the same burger at other Jack's said this was the best he had in a long time. My chicken strips were noticeably juicy and the breading was crisp but not dry. Loved the kick of the spice. The service was quite a bit more busy at their drive-thru, but they didn't let that prevent them from delivering our order to us promptly with a courteous smile. If we lived closer to the area, this location would be our new go to favorite fast food place. It was also great to have the station cashier thank us as we were leaving-- simple courtesies mean alot! My husband & I go here about 2 times a week maybe. EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO ... THE SERVICE SUCKS. Anywho, we will NEVER be going back to this jack in the box. Friday at about 3 or 4am we went to grab a bite. First of all, the punk axx bitxx taking my order was a axx home who sounded like he was high as a kite, he was rude, & decided to change the stinky attitude when we got to the window & looked pissed & irritated! (I should've drove off but I was hungry!!) Secondly, they are ALWAYS short staffed. Maybe 2 people working. We even went one night & the employee at the window said they were working ALONE!!! Also, they take their sweet time!!!! Doesn't matter if there are 3 cars ahead of me or NO CARS, I'm in the drive thru for about 10-15 minimum!!! It's ridiculous! Last but not least, the food they serve is disgusting. Most of the time they forget something! So they asked me if I wanted sauce I said "sure buttermilk" ... THEY FRICKIN HANDED RANCH IN A CUP!!! They are all so kind and they all work as hard as they can during rushes. I understand that some people get upset with the workers over silly things but that's not on the workers and it's not on anyone. They all work very hard even when hard times come.
