My boyfriend and I placed an order for a Large 8-piece chicken nugget combo with a large curly fry and Oreo milkshake, Tiny Loaded Tacos, and an order of mozzarella sticks. When we received our bags, we noticed that the stickers on the bags had the correct order and correct name, but the food inside was wrong. My Tiny Loaded Tacos were packed together with two regular-sized tacos (which we didn't order). I figured, okay--extra tacos. However, my boyfriend's 8-piece nugget combo was replaced with a double cheeseburger and a medium curly fry. The milkshake was fine, just melted. We called the store and spoke to an employee named Michael, who told us we needed to contact DoorDash. Before hanging up, he assured us he would call the GM and then call us back. We reached out to DoorDash, and they said the issue would be escalated immediately, which we appreciated. Still, my boyfriend doesn't eat beef, so he was understandably upset that his food was completely wrong. About 30 minutes to an hour passed with no call back from "Michael." We tried calling the store again--first from my boyfriend's phone, then from mine. Eventually someone answered. We explained the situation, and the person on the line asked who we had spoken to earlier. We said "Michael." He replied, "I'm Michael, but you didn't talk to me. That was my coworker Alonso." At that point, the story was making no sense and we were extremely frustrated. He then told us he would call the GM and call us back. He hung up. We never received any follow-up call from the store. I would rate a 0 if I could. This was the most annoying, frustrating visit I have ever had. We said chicken like 5 times, she rang up jumbo jack. Then we ask if the double chicken came with the keychain. I don't know how she heard cheesecake because we didn't say that at all. She doesn't understand English even if you explain it enough times. We need someone to understand people that understand English so this doesn't happen again. We went inside to clear it up. She gave us attitude the whole time. Not good customer service at all. She even rang us up more stuff to make it the same total of the order because the one she rang us up was cheaper than the one we said we wanted multiple times. It wouldn't take my card when I tried to pay, so I had to add money to my Apple wallet so that I could pay with Apple Cash. When I click the button to pay, it said the same thing as when I put my regular card. I went to my Apple wallet and it says that it took off $30.01 for my order. So technically I paid for it, but when I go to order history or just in general to see whether or not it actually took my order it pretty much says that I didn't order anything. My order is still in the cart "unpaid" for when clearly it took my money! This is insane! After seeing that it charged me without actually taking the order I went straight to 'contact me' to get a refund and obviously it's not letting me get my refund without the order number. How am I supposed to get an order number when the order didn't go through but my money did.?!? You can see by the time on the top of the screen that I took a picture after I got charged the card. And then I took a picture of the cart and order history after. I can't even call the store because I don't know if their phone is disconnected or what but no one is picking up the phone. I've came here in the past multiple times and tried to give it a chance, but this as.ian guy in particular at nights has either an issue working here or he just plain out sucks. He keeps asking "anything else" repeatedly when making an order, after an item is placed he has no manners, soda dripping down the cup and expects to be picked up yet I still get it and then the lid pops off and soda drops down to my elbow. Does not offer napkins only the next soda cup. Like seriously does the manager not work with him and see his work ethics?? I've complained to the manager Silvia once in the past gave me free food and "I'll have a talk with him." I tried to use a coupon and at first, the girl taking orders at the drive up said the coupon was expired. It was not and was good thru 2/10/25. I called her out for that, and she made up another lie and said it was only good on the mobile ap. Well, clearly printed on the coupon are the words, "not for use with the mobile ap." I wasn't told this when I asked for the soda. When I questioned it she pointed to the "fine print" at the very top of the sign that states simply, "additional charges apply". Just went by the drive-through got an order try to pay with $100 bill and it was their problem they could not break it. I did not have my wallet to use the card, so I explain to the manager that that's all I had $100 bill to pay for my kids food. They refuse to give me the food or take my money.
