We have been in this drive thru line over 15 minutes now and are still 5 cars behind. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! Will not come back. Workers smell like weed! The days of the 2 Tacos for .99 are in the past, here at this Jack in the Box in the Box in Angleton, Texas they are supposed to be 2 for $1.59 but they are charging a 1.50 each, do the math someone is ripping off the public mainly me. I went back and ask what was going on and was told it was due to Covid, so I tried to call the phone no associated with this food place and all I ever get is a busy signal so i tried all of the corporates phone nos. and one wasn't even working anymore and the other one said they were closed, at 2:00 central time this is real Bankers hours. After taking a 2+ year break from Jack In The Box I decided to give it another try.... Well, they didn't fail to disappoint me. I should have known better. Nothing has changed. The lady taking the order barely spoke loud enough for you to hear what she was saying so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. I wanted to tell her if you'd speak up you wouldn't need an attitude with me for asking you what you said but I expect attitude from this place. It's just what I've always gotten hence the 2+ year break. After ordering I sat behind one vehicle that was ahead of me for 20 mins. Once I got to the window to get my order I waited another 5 minutes. I get my order and open my Bacon cheddar wedges and I just laughed because there was nothing else to do. See pic.... read more

Fast food? Hah...I'm from Houston. Out of the 30 plus ones I've been to this is by FAR the slowest. First time I had to drive away. Second (this time) they deserved this review. You can assume it'll be 10 minutes per car even if they just order a water. Had to ask 3 times to get the right sauce. Then we leave without straws. I don't even know where to start, the place is absolute dog crap. That actually might be a complement, if there's anything lower than dog crap, this is the place. I apologize if you work there and are offended, but do yourself a favor and quit. Numerous of times I have gone and they have just been flat out closed, drive through and lobby. With people in the restaurant looking at me laughing with each other. The other day I pulled up and the whole crew was just outside smoking some of that electric lettuce, but this time they were kind enough to take my order through the speaker. Place and paid for an online order only to arrive and find no one around. Light were on but no one to be seen. Wish we could rate it lower than this. I'm starting to suspect this particular location is just a front for the owner to embezzle money because it's certainly not to serve the public with food-and if you get any at all, it's made by an employee that's worked there a day and is the only one there. (Meaning they are cooking and taking the order-and doing a crap job at both). As stated by another reviewer, when there's more than one person there, they are high as kites staring at you through the glass of the restaurant completely ignoring you in a customer service fashion-and I mean COMPLETELY disregarding your presence. So the owner clearly doesn't give a crap, they don't even have a legit number, corporate jack doesn't give a crap, and it's impossible to get help with this place-clearly-or it would have been shut the heck down by now. Hey so I understand me coming in super late may be an inconvenience to the employees but I literally work across the street at a bar and I get out super late and so I come there at weird hours.
