There was water damage under a bathroom floor that R2K said was "ok"...but it was disgusting and anything but ok. They did NOT conduct inspections and lied to us about their actions. They even told us we had no right to see copies of inspection paperwork!! Of course because there were none conducted. They kept the rent ridiculously below market. We requested an increase; they ignored us. When we persisted, R2K renegotiated a lease ...without inspection! Of our own accord we discovered the ghetto condition of our condo and took our own action. Spent upwards of $20K to put it back together. This business is conducted without integrity. If they would do it to us, they would do it to you.

We've been in our home for 3 months now and we absolutely love it. El cap listened to our ideas and design and made sure we got everything we wanted even if it meant doing extra work to make it right.
