On top of the new issues Son filled her tires to 50 psi when it clearly states on the tire and the door it's only supposed to be at 35 psi. I think he's too overworked to really take his time to do a good job. Do yourself a favor and don't go here.

I enlisted my Dad who owns a dealership in LA to help me find the right Bay Area auto shop. He took the task very seriously and talked to 5+ shops. When he spoke with Martinez Auto Tech, he could instantly tell they were knowledgeable and they gave feedback on what was and wan't necessary for 60,000 mile service. Their prices beat out other local shops as well. When I dropped the car off they were able to take care of everything in one day (spark plugs, oil change, CVT drain and fill, brake flush, rear and front trans axel fluid) for under $1,000. To top it off they were so kind and happy to answer questions along the way. I never felt uncomfortable, unlikely majority of shops I've been to solo as a woman. 5 days later, our VW Golf died and wouldn't restart. I had it towed to their shop while they were closed over the weekend. I called them Monday morning to see if they could figure out what was going on. They were so accommodating and happy to squeeze me in without an appointment. They figured out it was an issue with the alternator and had the car back and running before the day was over. They didn't even charge me for charging up the car since I had just done my Subaru service. I really appreciate a small, local business that values their customers. This was such an act of kindness that I won't forget. I'll never service my cars elsewhere as long as I live in this area and will always recommend them to anyone - especially if you aren't a car expert and need honest guidance and recommendations. I've brought my car back for several tuneups - oil change prices are also better than the local oil change locations. I also had my transmission replaced and eventually my brake pads replaced. Ali informed me that it was not my wheel bearing but it was my breaks and rotors. Unfortunately, the parts needed didn't come in on time and I had to wait until the next day to get my car back. It was explained to me that it was the parts distributer that failed to communicate that they didn't have one of the rotors. Overall, the sound I was hearing is gone. The team was very open and communicated fairly well. Price didn't seem too bad considering that I got brakes and rotors done. I recommend others to give them a shot.

That's exactly the kind of service that I like to do when I work on my vehicles myself. I needed to have the brakes flushed on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The price that was quoted was less than the dealership wanted, and was very fair. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to drop me off and pick me up from the local coffee shop, where I was able to work while the service was being done. When we got back to the shop, he showed me the brake test that was performed, as well as showed me some of the other cool vehicles in the shop. I am already in the process of booking a service for another one of my vehicles here, and see no reason for me to look anywhere else in the foreseeable future.

I was able to get an estimate from Vuong which was much more affordable, and it was great to be able to text back and forth to make sure I'm only getting the services I really needed. It was also super easy to make an appointment. They were able to get me in and out in the same day even with all the difference things being done to my car. It was also really convenient that they have after hours dropoff available. You just park your car in their lot, and they have a safe place to drop off your keys. This was helpful because I had some work meetings I had to take in the morning at the time they opened, so I was able to go in before they opened and drop off my car. The newer Highlander had scratches and artwork from sidewalk chalk all over with significant damage. Mike worked his magic and restored it in a day (and was even gracious about me nervously checking up on his progress through the day). The car came back looking shiny and bright with no signs of the vandalism it had endured. 10/10. The second car was an old black sedan and while I didn't have much hope for it, Mike managed to get the chalk scratches out from that one as well. He also cleaned the headlights (which was a nice bonus and not part of the job). He was very professional throughout the process and gave me a good price for both the cars. I hope my cars are never vandalized like that again but atleast I know who I would go to now if they ever are!

Just to quickly summarize, I had issues with my cabin not having cold air. There was some issue with the AC compressor since the refrigerant leaked out of it. They tried finding the leak but couldn't snuff it out. After further diagnosing they decided to add refrigerant and did more diagnosing to see where the issue may have come from but just ended up staying in the system. This was several days ago and somehow my car still has cold air rushing in (and thankfully, being summer and all.) Because Danny couldn't figure out the issue, he just charged me on the low end, which isn't fair to him but made me a happy customer who will happily be coming back for all car shenanigans. My experience with Outlander Motorsports Concord has been pretty poor. Initially went in for an…read morealignment and was told the LCA's needed to be replaced. I decided to return at another time with the parts, Julian botched putting the front skid plate back on by incorrectly reinstalling one of the bolts. Gave them another chance by dropping off my truck for three days to install a set of LCA's and gusset cam tabs. Thought everything was fine and even came back to them for retorquing the alignment bolts after the break in period. Fast forward a couple months later, I'm informed by another off road shop that the gusset cam tabs weren't even painted and the weld beads aren't done well. It looks like someone just eye balled it. Reached out to Jamie immediately with the photos, at first he was very dismissive and stated he would need three days to fix the issue. Giving me the whole run about of why three days is warranted. Cam tabs are a one day job, not three days. I would be very leery of bringing your vehicle to them.

I happened to add Fabrication to my search and Eric's business appeared. I emailed the address, and didn't receive a reply. I waited a while and then text him. He answered right away. He offered to come take a look at my wish list and see what I wanted for my project. I felt his confidence, and hired him on the spot. He took my list and provided a parts list for me to begin ordering materials and parts compatible to my Mustang. Being mobile, he drove to my garage with his trailer in tow once a week to perform automotive magic. He upgraded to power brakes, power steering, fuel injection, all new wiring, new stereo and speakers, tune up, added seatbelts, replaced dash light bulbs and fixed many other things that need repaired. Eric altered and fabricated many new performance and safety related parts. His labor price per hour was fair, and was generous with his knowledge. This month, January 2022 he finished the project. The car runs flawless. I highly recommend Eric to work on your Classic car. His upbeat demeanor, friendly attitude, and incredible talents for mechanical and fabrication are second to none. My experience with Eric was completely different! Eric charges reasonable rates, is friendly and pleasant and is well spoken and able to easily explain what is needed to get your car running, he did not drag out the job to pad his hours in fact I don't think he charged me for the entire time he worked on the vehicle for me, also he shows up towing his workshop along with him so he is ready to work the minute he arrives. He took only took 3 hours to diagnose the problem which was very quick considering the troubleshooting that was needed (it was not an easy diagnostic.) Eric is my new mechanic!

Eugene has been very helpful in providing me service but also knowledge that assisted me in making decisions for my 3.7 Q50. I wanted to ensure I go to a place that cares as much as my car as I do and Eugene is a rare gem. He informs me during my maintenance when I ask questions and also gives me great suggestions. I have had zero issues with my installs for my maintenance and performance parts from EAC everything is clean and if there is an issue Eugene will message you asap and inform you. He caught things I didn't notice and I appreciate the honesty as I like my car to be in good shape rather than a hidden surprise. I have been tuned for a little over a year now and still enjoy driving my car with zero issues. He's very informative in the tuning process and explains to you what's going on, I was luckily able to be hands on at his Dyno location and learned a bit of the process too which was a bonus for me as an Enthusiast.
