She prioritizes people over transactions and ensures that her clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. During our home-buying journey, there were many frustrating and stressful moments. At times, the process felt overwhelming and discouraging. Through it all, Colleen remained a steady source of positivity and reassurance. She was always reachable when we needed her, no matter the time or circumstance. Her responsiveness and calm demeanor gave us confidence when we needed it most. What impressed us most was her honesty. On more than one occasion, Colleen advised us that a house we were considering was not right for us. Rather than focusing on making a sale, she focused on making sure we made the right decision for our family. That level of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about her values as a businesswoman. Colleen's support went far beyond showing homes and negotiating contracts. She guided us through a difficult process with empathy, professionalism, and genuine care. Because of her, what could have been an overwhelmingly negative experience became one we look back on with gratitude. Colleen Toner represents the very best of what a businesswoman should be: experienced, ethical, compassionate, and deeply committed to the people she serves. Her impact goes far beyond real estate transactions -- she builds trust, confidence, and lasting relationships.

It's not condescending, it's just dry, matter of fact, and to the point! She's an amazing agent, and working with her was the first time I've actually felt that a broker earned the broker fee. She showed me an apartment that no one else was showing, then she offered to hold it until my partner could meet her. No one else did that. Then she introduced us to the landlord so we could all meet each other. She cares deeply about getting to know the folks who she's going to rent to, to make sure it's a good fit. She promised that she wouldn't show the apartment to anyone else until we got our application in, which gave us some security even though we had very little time to find a place. We moved in last week and are so happy. I'd work with Pat again in a heartbeat, and recommend her without hesitation. We trusted her, and she trusted us, and now we live in the best apartment in Cambridge.
