Wish zero stars was an option. I try to support local businesses whenever possible to support my community. Saw this new local business and decided to give them a shot. Went on Monday to reserve a trencher for a two day rental starting on Friday. Paid for the rental in full to ensure it would be available since it was a mission critical job. Was told the office didn't open until 7:00am but since it was paid in full and someone would be at the site at 5:30am and I could pick it up that early if I wanted to. Showed up at 5:30am and waited. Someone finally arrived at 7:00. Was then told that the trencher had been rented out late in the day the day before and had not been returned yet. Left with no trencher and had to cancel the job losing a full days wages! Absolutely a terrible experience! Lesson learned. Will never do business there again. read more

My parents paid Jac Rentals to initially repair on our backhoe parking brake. A they was paid. Jac Rentals kept adding on with repair. An every time they was paid. But they took advantage of my family cause we live over 6hrs hours away and cannibalize parts on the backhoe. Now JacRentals destroyed the backhoe and wants to drag my backhoe to the side of the road for me to pick up. Now I have to issue out more money and figure out how to retrieve my backhoe and bring it my to my property that's over 6 hrs away. read more

Went to pick up an equipment rental that we drove 25 minutes to pick up and returned without all the parts to use it. When we called about the missing part, we were told we could just go buy one, that is was cheap. The person working there who rented to us, didn't know they forgot a part, so obviously the knowledge of the employees was lacking. We returned the rental on-time the next day where we were told to just leave it outside because they had cameras and no one needed to be there. We then received a charge double the amount of the rental a day later after already paying for the rental and when we called, we were told we damaged it and that was the charge. No phone call, nothing. We did not damage the equipment and returned it just as we had gotten it. There was nothing wrong with it, we used it all day then returned it right after. So not only were we inconvenienced from the get-go, we paid 3x as much for rental then planned. We will never recommend this place or return to give them more business. I suggest you be cautious in giving your business to Jac Rentals as well. So disappointing. Then to top it off in the response to my google review, the business owner was rude, offended my husband, and defended his wife, the employee who didn't give me the proper parts to use the unit that were right there. When my husband dropped it off, I was in the car watching as he carefully set it down s as again we were told to drop off when no one was there. We used the unit right up until we cleaned and dropped it off. It worked just fine after we bought the missing part. They are obviously just Jac asses! read more
