Because I am not a fluent Spanish speaker, they were very accommodating and provided a technician Erik who was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I finally came for my sessions (three in total because they offer helpful packages) the same technician who I met with beforehand was there to help. They did a fantastic job making of making me comfortable throughout the process and the facial I got was the best I ever had. They went into detail and cleaned every last pore. I couldn't be happier! I will definitely return to this clinic next time I need anything done in Mexico City!
