We wanted to flee Mexico City and decided to head to Puebla. Found a great deal online and wound up in the rooftop suite. I've stayed in every level of hotel and this is the finest room I've ever stayed in. We were both sick,so we stayed in our first night and had room service which was spectacular. The cream of mushroom soup was the thing of dreams. Every breakfast was equally good. The staff goes out of their way to help and I mean that literally. My wife stopped in at the bar to order a Sangria, assuming she'd take it back to her room herself. But the staff her won't allow a client to go through such a bother and they insisted on bringing it upstairs themselves after making it. My wife speak a little Spanish and the staff speaks a little English and they were with giving information. The view from the rooftop is spectacular and on a clearish day you will get the most amazing view of the Volcano you will see in Puebla.

We pretty easily found the location thanks to the neon green SPA sign affixed to the wall - stylish and helpful! Upon arriving, our services are started on time and neither of us had any complaints. My massage therapist was a bit of a talker which I didn't mind (I'm also sure I could have asked for less or communication if I desired) and I was very relaxed throughout, nearly dozing off a couple times including during the facial. Once we wrapped up, they provided us with hot tea and we oriented ourselves comfortably in the lobby before exiting. We meant to revisit at least one more time before leaving CDMX but it didn't work out. Next time though!

We were not guests here so we asked in the entrance and all the gentlemen up front, reception ladies on the mid floor, and spa reception were so well trained I was very impressed especially having worked YEARS in hospitality. If you are not a guest you have to get a minimum treatment per person of something like $130 USD and then $20 for a day pass. For both my friend and I it was a little over $300 but worth every second. We both got a 60 minute full body massage; it was my first one ever. The masseuse was so knowledgeable, kind, and serene. I was nervous for the experience and she melted it all away. Oh man I felt like a new person after this hour, and to top it off they gave me complimentary champagne. We spent from like 2pm-9pm here and it was were every Penny. Highly recommend!

The signature massage is their base relaxing massage with medium pressure. My masseuse was great and so kind! Her English was pretty good as well which made it easy to communicate and her directions clear. I felt relaxed but also like the tension in my shoulders and back were massaged away which was great. Highly recommend if you need a nice way to refresh after a flight in or want to feel rested after exploring Mexico City!
