Great company with great people…read more I switched to Five Star after watching their driver in our neighborhood (Foxfire) for several weeks. He is very efficient in his work, running from truck to trash cans and back. He greets everyone he sees and always with a smile. On my morning walk one day, I saw an older woman trying to get her trash can down the steep driveway, to the curb. The driver ran up the hill, brought the can down and dumped it, and ran it back up the hill and was laughing and talking with her the whole time. What a great asset this guy is to the company. The icing on the cake is that their price is well below any of the competitors.

So, this truck pulls into a secondary driveway at the far end of my property and drives behind my…read morehouse THROUGH my backyard, TURNS AROUND IN MY YARD, and goes to pick up a dumpster on the neighboring property the dumpster was on (WHICH WERE 2 EMPYT LOTS!) Admittedly, I was upset because I didnt know what was going on on MY PROPERTY! I asked the guy why he was driving through my yard, and he got out of the truck and said that he was just taking it out the way he put it in, and he put it in the way the man who lived here told him to! I told him that no one had lived in this house for 3 years, and that I WAS THE OWNER OF THIS HOUSE, and any business that belonged on that property was to be conducted on that property... he then began to step toward me and said that I needed to go back inside or it won't be good for me. I called the company and spoke with a woman, and all she said was that he was just getting it the way the man told him to put it there... I am SEVERLY disturbed by the EXTREME LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and at this point, I wish that employee would have hit me like he seemed to want to, because I would own that company right now, BELIEVE THAT!
