I'd gotten a new metal roof 6 years ago so the small 4 inch gutters I had weren't working during hard rains. Ricardo with 2 guys came out as scheduled (which is amazing these days!!!!) They were professional, very courteous, and very hard workers! His price was very reasonable and the cleanup as well. I asked for extra piping so the downspout would drain in a different area. No problem! He charged a small amount to do this but it was a difficult ask as it was next to a large 20 year old tree so roots were an issue but THEY GOT IT DONE! I would definitely recommend.

In this emergency, Andrew and Dayton immediately came out to start the drying process. They walked around with their moisture meter, explained everything and was extremely professional. They answered all my questions and had so much knowledge, I immediately felt confident with their work. During the drying process, Eric either came by or called with an update and this helped tremendously. What was supposed to be a somewhat simple fix ended up being a nightmare..... another heating and ac company was moving my furnace and water heater ended up spilling more water and left my water pipe uncapped causing a new leak in my ceiling!!! I called Eric immediately and he helped triage the issue. Having Eric walk us through the dilemma was really comforting during all of this. Back to square one Dayton and Trevor came to the rescue! They squeezed me in again to re-setup their containment and re-start the drying process. Fingers crossed the ac company doesn't cause anymore damage! Everyone from Divison 2 are very nice, personable, and they know what they're doing and they get the job done well.

Josh is an absolute expert and professional in his craft. He was extremely flexible in scheduling to repair several damaged drywall spots throughout the house in preparation to sell. Josh and his crew did an outstanding job. He graciously provided a great military discount and genuinely thanked my family and I for our service. In addition to his excellent work, Josh is an absolute family man that went truly above and beyond with my 3 y/o son. Josh, took his time while allowing My son to "help" him repair the drywall. They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue. She hasn't followed up with her schedule and it has been several months now. So needless to say, she lost a monthly customer. I also referred a few friends to her and embarrassingly, she no showed on them! Not worth the time, stress, or hassle in trying to get her to come.

Also Rosa just has a great, comfortable 'vibe', her daughters are adorable and all 3 did an IMPECCABLE job. In fact, they even vacuumed completely under the bed. I did not expect that as its a large bed and no other cleaner has done that (nor did I ask). Rosa says that she enjoys cleaning- I believe this to be true. She obviously takes great pride in her work and is most pleasant to be around. They also did that fancy thing with folding the toilet paper like they do in upscale hotels (it was a nice touch!), not to mention she showed up exactly on time. I'm not a real stickler for that but definitely took notice. Rosa and her girls get my highest possible recommendation. And honestly I'm relieved because I tried 4 other cleaners from this site, 3 of which left much to be desired (i had to finish the cleaning) and the 4th did a very good job but then blew off our second appointment. You would be very hard pressed to find a better housecleaning team than Tierra Eco Cleaning Service, and her price for the level of quality provided simply cannot be beat. Need I say more?
