I have to probably travel to another Hobby lobby that it's a little bit more out of my way with more population surrounding it and so I'll probably run into the same issue. Parking is great in this location. I believe this Hobby Lobby is added as an adjunct to a mall or a shopping center in Hemet. I do wanna say I've been to the one in Moreno Valley and I do think that that one by far out weighs this one, but I may be biased because of the location where it's at

I felt completely out of my element until we met Dylan. Dylan was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He took the time to explain the cards, answer our questions, and guide us in the right direction without ever making us feel rushed or uninformed. His passion for the hobby and willingness to help made the entire experience enjoyable for both of us. It's rare to find customer service this genuine these days. Dylan turned what could have been a confusing experience into a fun and memorable outing with my great-grandson. I'm a huge fan of this shop and have already promised to stop by at least once a week. Highly recommended for collectors, newcomers, and anyone looking for a welcoming place to learn and enjoy the hobby.

We came back TWO days later to exchange it, only to be told that we couldn't complete the exchange because apparently a manager only comes in on Mondays to process refunds or exchanges. I'm not sure what kind of operation is being run here, but that is absolutely unacceptable customer service. If you're going to sell products, you should have a process in place to handle defective merchandise when customers return it. The value here is not good, and based on this experience, I would avoid this place at all costs. I had been…read morelooking specifically for the blue version for a long time and had no success finding one available anywhere. I contacted more than 30 hobby shops within a 100 mile radius of Los Angeles. After weeks of searching, I finally found one at Mike's Hobbies. They had a brand new, factory sealed blue TRX4 Sport High Trail in stock and ready to ship, which was a huge relief. The pricing was exactly what Traxxas lists, with no markup or added fees. That alone was impressive given how hard this model has been to find. The ordering process was smooth and communication was clear and professional. Shipping was fast and the packaging was excellent. The truck arrived in a very sturdy box with plenty of bubble wrap and extra packing paper to protect everything inside. It was clear that real care was taken to make sure the item arrived safely and in perfect condition. Overall, my experience with Mike's Hobbies was extremely positive from start to finish. They delivered exactly what they promised and exceeded my expectations. I would confidently recommend Mike's Hobbies to anyone looking for hard to find RC vehicles or a reliable hobby shop that does things the right way.
