Then since I had some other construction man also show up at the same time, this come lately guy was worried about loosing the contract, so he wanted $2000 paid up front before he would start the job... guess what, he hires out this job to subcontractors who he can't control... I mean they only work 2 or 3 hours if that when they do show up at 8 a.m. and then leave at 10 or 11 a.m. so these guys that the owner of pyramid homes uses work when and long they please, this project was a 5 day full work day job, not a well I'll come do this for a couple hours or so and then leave... If you want a job done with normal work time involve, don't hire pyramid homes because I originally contacted this owner the first week of May and it took him two wks. To come and finally on June 16 showed up for 2 hrs. And left, the next day they actually spent 5 hrs. And 30 min., the rest of the times that they did show up was for 2 or 3 hrs... again these guys were subcontractors hired by the pyramid homes owner who apparently had little or no control over their work time...and don't you think that I'd complained to the owner often about this problem with nothing being done about the situation.
