She said I didn't have insurance so i said this is less than a month old, I've worn it one time. You're not going to stand by your product? She reiterated i didn't have insurance. Luckily, Megan overheard and took over. She replaced my necklace and I was just standing there (happy) as she did what needed to be done. Bree then asked if I was having a bad day because I was very rude to her. I explained it was because it seemed she didn't want to help me There was no "I'm sorry", "dont worry, we will fix the problem" absolutely no reassurance. She then Said she was new. So I said for the next customer it goes along way to say you'll fix the problem not just you don't have insurance. She then called me rude again!!! At that point I asked for corporates number and she started bad talking me to my face. How UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and TACKY can one person be!?! I'm absolutely appalled Kay continues to employ her. I will never interact with her again. If it wasn't for Megan I'd never spend another penny there. Megan is great but this whole thing has me questioning if I'll ever shop there again.
