I had an extremely disappointing haircut experience at Great Clips, Salon 7608…read more I paid $22 for a professional haircut, but the result was badly uneven and poorly executed. On the left side of my head, the stylist cut too far past my natural hairline. On the right side, she cut past my normal part line. The top of my hair was also inconsistent, with some areas cut too short and other sections left noticeably too long. This was not simply a difference in styling preference. The haircut itself was uneven and required correction after I got home. My wife had to fix several areas because the haircut was not acceptable as it was. When a customer goes to a professional hair salon, they should be able to expect basic attention to the natural hairline, part line, symmetry, and even trimming. Unfortunately, this Great Clips haircut missed all of those basic standards. Management should review the work performed by this stylist and determine whether additional training, supervision, or disciplinary action is necessary. Based on my experience, I would not allow this stylist to cut my hair again. For anyone searching for a Great Clips haircut review, uneven haircut experience, or customer service experience at Great Clips Salon 7608, I would strongly recommend being very clear about exactly how you want your hair cut and checking the haircut carefully before leaving the chair. I checked out the gently used clothing they had and seen they have a lot of name brands like abercrombie* the gap, coach purses.... I tried the coffee and think the girl could've did a better job at making my mocha latte, because it was too sugary, but there was a lot of flavors from peanut butter to peppermint. Other than that, I tried a pastry which was a botterscotch chex mix, very sweet and delicious. I spend my summers at a nearby town, so I def want to check out their services on nails - it will be closer than driving all the way to chicago.
