Also has chunks of chicken breast and sliced sausage. Uncle Jim got the red beans and rice. Great flavor but barely warm. The catfish is a thicker cut and battered in a coarsely ground corn meal. Aunt Robin had the shrimp and grits. Those were the star of the show. So creamy and incredible flavor. Very generous amount of nice sized shrimp. Mike had the Keg Stand burger. He requested the sauce on the side. It's definitely a unique flavor. Nice soft bun. The meat was grossly over cooked but would have been tasty had it not been so dry.
