I called the company to talk to them to see if they would help him and they said that he would have to bring the car in and if it was their fault they fix it I explained to them that he is no way of getting the vehicle into them because the tire was completely blown and he could not drive the vehicle. I took it in and was assured everything would be taken care of. They towed my car to the shop where I did all the necessary paperwork and was told it would be finished in 5 days. I was elated to know it would be done so quick....Here comes the bad. I get my car and it LOOKED like it was before. Except a cracked fog light and later (about 600 miles later) my radiator hose was leaking and it turns out their mechanic FORGOT to put a clamp on my hose and it spewed coolant and I was stranded 350 MILES from home. I paid out of pocket and fixed it on the side of the road. Then the day I got back home the Air conditioning wasn't working. Turns out they forgot to order and install a hose for my A/C system and could of damaged my compressor. My check engine light was on as well on the same road trip. I left it with them for 2 WEEKS. They ordered the wrong part the first time and took their marry time to fix it. When I picked it up that week the check engine light was still on and I asked why wasn't it fixed. Apparently Gedeon (Richard) said to the repair mechanic (Different one that worked on the car the 2nd time) not to fix it. I was livid, absolutely livid. Later on that week I was washing my car and when they repainted my bumper they painted around a $11 german flag decal. AROUND IT. I wouldn't of argued if they removed it to actually do a good job painting, the paint matches and looks great but when I took the decal off it RIPPED the repaint job they did around it. THEY ARE THAT LAZY. Don't bother taking your car there, its a waste of time, emotion and effort. Go to a dealer or ELITE bodyworks in Jacksonville. It's not cheap but they take pride in their work and every car I've seen has been FLAWLESS. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

OK, I don't have much experience with auto body shops and this experience started out as a solid,…read morefive-star experience. However, as things went along the rating starts to slip. First, the repair work was outstanding (see images) and they washed, possibly waxed the exterior of the car and vacuumed out the interior! Five stars for sure. The deductions come from the customer service. Initial impressions were excellent, everyone was friendly and as promised first day I received a text message and an email letting us know what was going on with our car and what the estimate was. Every day up to the expected delivery date, I was getting a text message with an update. I was pleasantly surprised to see a text message(actually 4 within an hour or so) implying that it would be ready a day early! However, the expected delivery day came and passed with no text or phone call. For the next seven days I did not receive any updates unless I called them....which I did about 4 times. The only real reason I knew the car was ready was when I passed by the shop, saw my car parked outside and called the next day to ask about it. This would be a five star review if the communication that I received initially had continued when the car wasn't ready on the original, estimated delivery date.
