They were able to find most of the plants we were looking for. They communicated very well and were prompt in their responses. Their team was polite and friendly. It was a pleasant surprise to have them get clarifications from me on a few points. They have the correct combination of using their own design and mixed with what we asked for. I didn't have to spell things out inch by inch - they understood the desired ending design. They were fast - the project finished faster than their original estimate. After the project was done they cleaned the area up well. Highly recommend them. We'll probably go back to them for future work.

Duke Building - A++. I had the opportunity to personally work with Riley and his team. I have a…read morefinely tuned radar for when you're being fed cheap bologna on stale bread, and I'm here to say, they build quality houses. The process isn't without its hiccups; no mankind has ever built a home without hiccups. Though minor, they were promptly dealt with in a professional manner, because they genuinely care. We've grown into our home with more rambunctious kids now for some time, stress tested it for a handful of years, and can say it's been an absolute joy living in a Duke built home. But seriously, we see homes all the time that took the easy way out -- cheap products, shortcuts in the process, corners cut where you can't see them yet but you will. Thanks to Duke Building, I can stand tall and proud as I arrive home every day knowing that what's behind the walls is just as solid as what you see in front of you. No mysteries. No "well that's interesting" discoveries three years later. Just a well-built home that keeps its promises long after the keys are handed over. Riley runs a team that actually takes ownership. That's rarer than it should be. When something needed attention, I didn't have to chase anyone down or wonder if my message disappeared into a black hole. These are people who show up, follow through, and take pride in the finished product. In an industry where your mileage can vary wildly, finding a builder whose team reflects the same values from the top down is genuinely refreshing. If you're building in Cache Valley and you want to drive home every night feeling good about the decision you made, call Duke Building. You won't regret it.
