I did fill them out then I told her at the end to just put the treai on hold to find out with human resources if this network is accepted by the dental insurance she will have in September. She agreed that I will call Monday after the consultation. I did and she processed the same day she agreed to put the plan in hold. I found out the insurance doesn't cover orthodontic excellence and now is my loss 500.dlls no service and broken promises from Michelle. It's not fair it's a highway robbery. I will report this

At the first appointment he explained the process, cost and how we'd work together to make treatment as quick and successful as possible. In addition one of the occurances of a bracet coming off was literally one minute after my son got out of the chair, we walked up to schedule the next appointment and all of a sudden he tells me a bracet came off. Its crazy to think about home much money this place charges for braces compared to others and this is the kind of product result. Looking at previous reviews-looks like this has been occurring for years-In addition my sons friends at school say the same thing is happening to their braces from Molen. We were not pleased with them or the estimate they gave for our younger child. Light Dental gave a much more reasonable estimate, not to mention a more thorough exam for the free consultation. They took their time with us. And they told us that in all honesty it would be best if we waited to get our child braces. I was so thankful to have found a place that seemed to care about the quality of the job done and the best interest of our child as a priority, instead of dollar signs. My daughter got her braces off this week and she is very happy with the results. The support staff and assistants are great! Scheduling is easy. We loved the attention to detail throughout the process. My daughter is on the spectrum and they made sure to explain everything to her in language that she could understand, have her demonstrate how to put in the bands or retainers herself, and they really empowered her to take care of her own teeth. State insurance paid for her braces. Very thankful for that. He does accept state insurance. His office is state of the art! His office is also clean and kid friendly! Over the 3 year process of braces I believe we waited more than 20 minutes twice. They are very good and staying on time. It is a busy office but they really do their best. In medicine, some things can't be predicted so giving grace when they run behind is just as important as them giving grace when we run behind. I am hoping my son will be next to have treatment here.
