Dr. Myerson makes me feel reassured and gave me peace of mind. He took the time to explain to me and my husband the procedures that I would need to fix the situation with my teeth. Following the cavity filling, I had a negative experience with my dental cleaning and had no plans to return. She was very rough but bo longer works there. I ended up cancelling my follow up but spoke to my friend and she recommended changing to Jay. Jay is the best dental cleaning I have had. They do not accept DHMO or DMO and they don't confirm your insurance until you check out. There was no intake or let us update your info/ insurance when I walked in which I thought was weird. That is the first thing that I've been asked to do but I unfortunately assumed that I was all good. Typically I have had all medical confirm beforehand so I'm at least aware of the cost. I had to pay $280 for a dental cleaning appointment. When I asked the check out about last year, she said I paid out of pocket as well which was fine. However I paid in full each time and randomly have a $4 charge on my receipt for a starting period of September. I had no appointment in September but I don't know why I was retro charged when I checked out each time. The line item also provides no detail. I would have cancelled the appointment if I had known so I'll be cancelling my future appointments for the year. To me that cost is too much so I won't be returning. I'll be reimbursing myself through HSA for the cost. The front desk, specifically the Caucasian front desk employees, should ask people their name and appointment time. That's front desk etiquette to me and eliminates any assumptions based off skin color, race, or gender. I'm not sure why that's hard but it was giving - I grew up in "whites only" and have not changed. They do offer invisalign but I ended up going somewhere else for a lower payment plan. They only offered 4 payments and I had other financial commitments so I wasn't willing to pay. Cons are the price, paying for parking and communication based on the above.

I'm a big grinder and I had grinned my front tooth down a bit to where it was shorter than the other. She listened to me on the style and made my smile so natural beautiful and restored. She's a true visionary and changes her clients lives! When I see other people's veneers they don't even compare. The quality of the veneers looks exactly like real teeth. Flawless. She also informed me I am a moderate grinder and made me a night guard I use which has made a huge improvement in my long term teeth health and appearance. I also have moved my dental care to her office. All of my experience with the office has been amazing. The hygienists the office managers. All these women are amazing.

They took my…read moremoney off my card, and despite requesting a refund for weeks, I have still not received it. Last week, Amanda mentioned issuing a check, but I don't want a check--I want the money reversed back to my card as it was originally charged. It's clear they are intentionally stalling to hurt me. This is absolutely wrong. I cannot believe Dr. Nia is allowing this to happen. I've been patient, but this is unacceptable, and I am now in the process of reporting them to the BBB and will also be contacting the Board of Dentistry for their deceptive practices. They took my money, sent my X-rays to a subpar lab, and now they're dragging their feet in returning my funds. I will not remove these reviews until I receive my money. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They have no respect for their customers, and their lack of action shows they will take advantage of you. Please stay away from them..
