The Hunter concrete pump I ordered was broken, so they 'borrowed' one from a competitor. Then, the…read more'borrowed' pump broke down, spewing hydraulic fluid in a large area of the job site. Waited two hours for a replacement to finish the concrete pour. I was quoted $2,400 for a concrete pump rental. After the concrete pour, they added on fees and charges equaling $4,200. When I complained about the additional charges, I was told I was inexperienced and that everybody added extras. When I persisted in my protests, they threatened to place liens on the property. Very poor business experience. Save yourself grief, call someone else.

Black and white, they sent the wrong concrete and we are being forced to pay for it. Not to mention same day we were to pour, they arrived hours late even after confirming via phone call hours prior. Their system is so back dated, and I can see why. No notes, no recordings, no way of proving that their employees are unable to do their job properly. An employee was told by the owner that regardless of the situation we needed to pay for the concrete. We asked for a call from the owner, and nothing. Few weeks go by, I emailed the company and asked for the owner to call. Owner called same day and had absolutely no care in the world of the situation, the conversation ended on bad terms. The owner stated that their employees do not make any mistakes and that there is absolutely no way they would had sent us the wrong concrete and if even so, they were not going to be responsible for their mistake. This company has had many law suits filed against them and I'm not going to waste the headache on myself with these people. Please stay from away from them.
