Only when someone got persistent did she respond. When she did communicate, she didn't follow through on what she said she would do, allowing tenants to continue occupying a property long after they were supposed to vacate (according to her own emails), delaying closing and causing numerous problems for me and my family. I sent her a well written email asking for explanations and airing my disappointment in her lack of communicating. She then sent me an email addressed to my agent asking that he tell me not to contact her directly. I'm not aware of any laws that say I cannot contact her directly. I believe she has committed malfeasance and I will approach the tenants to find out what they were told or if they ever received the termination notice which we were told was done. Then I'll have my answers and may end up filing a formal complaint. Would have been much easier if she simply let us know what was going one or is she said, "I'm sorry, I made a mistake."
