We were told by a different ac company it might be the heater element, which can be expensive. When Greg showed up he wanted to look at the thermostat, and I mentioned that the fan never stops blowing. He went to the unit and started working and within an hour he had the heater working just by replacing a circuit board and fan relay. I was apprehensive about what the cost might be and pleasantly surprised to pay less than $210. So if anyone needs HVAC work done I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Price Busters!

Some were pretty large..I noticed a lot of air was going under the house. For a few days I couldn't understand why the air was running nonstop until I finally figured it out. What I would like to know is why none of the guys told me they were this bad. I'm a bit disappointed that I was not informed. They just install and leave ...no communication !! Ryals bros said SRM should pay for it and SRM concrete says they don't need to take care of it. Both companies blame the other. I was told by Caleb that he doesn't think it's fair to hold a company he uses for concrete responsible since it's the only concrete company they have. SRM says we are too big to care. While we sit here with a 3k bill from Georgia power and 1k in driveway damages. Basically the SRM guy couldn't drive his concrete truck backwards. First he tore up our yard. Then while backing up he crushed our driveway drainage pipe. When a company came to fix it we found he had pinched our main power line to the house! So upon removal of the drain pipe the whole neighborhood flashed and we lost power. So almost 4k later in damages we now have 2 companies that work together but won't hold one responsible for it. I don't get it. I wouldn't use a company to represent my company that refuses to take responsibility in their own work. Companies don't care these days. This is proof. Screw the little guys. It's was only $3900 in damages which is "chump change" to them. We spent 24k on work. All concrete. I even bought them lunch everyday! ‍

He gave me a detailed explanation and answered all of my questions. It was determined I needed a whole new system, which did not surprise me because I had been having trouble for the past year. The guys came out early the next morning (Sunday) and it was installed by early afternoon. Every one of the employees was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and clean cut. The install went smoothly and they did a great job. Bryan, the owner, came to my house several times to assist and also follow-up. I would highly recommend this company.

He recommended the Daiken units that would provide all of our needs as well as both return modifications and registers. He was concise and explained fully his recommendations. Kevin Igoe followed up with us if we had any questions on the quote. He was diligent and we felt no high pressure tactics whatsoever. We believe them to be a very reputable, reliable company. Ultimately we went with another firm because our General Contractor had worked with another firm and since many things are going on simultaneously, the right course of action in our case was to let our GC control all work being performed. Besides discussing the industry trend toward aluminum coils along with its downside, he advised me of the bad effects of dust on a coil. He discussed how using auto mode, though a convenient feature of a thermostat, can be hard on a coil. Switching modes via auto can reverse the pressures too quickly for the thin coil piping. He also cautioned me to keep my HVAC off during my upcoming tile installation. Very proactive guy.

He came and explained to me every single component he was checking and the reason why things were looking good or bad and in the end he recommended me to continue using my system but to know that it may fail soon because of its age and condition. Well, now in March the time finally came and my AC shut down. David came to reassess the situation and we agreed on price for a full replacement. Price was very fair in my point of view and we scheduled for a couple days later. His crew came in the morning to get it started and then David came later to finish the work with them. So this is my second estimate they came out almost immediately in fact they came early they said…read morethey were going to be here in between 12-1 And then they updated it and say they were going to be there in between 11:00 and 12:00 so needless to say they arrived earlier than was originally scheduled which was fine by me I told him what the problem was I told him that he was the second quote they immediately went up and said we got to check it out of course and they found a bad relay they replaced that relay and the AC immediately started working I ended up getting charged $160 bucks The other company the first quote wanted to charge me $3,160 And they couldn't fix it today which was technically Saturday, so basically $3,000 more than Randolph's I actually shook the guy's hand and I said thank you so much for being so honest. We even discuss that it had to be under $2,500 because that was the limit on the credit card and they didn't even charge me but $160.
